On our first night, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which had a buffet carving night at a very reasonable price. They served a variety of meats, chicken, salmon, and other dishes

Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The pool area is large and relaxing

However, upon check-in, the receptionist really went the extra mile to accommodate my request and managed to get me the room I wanted. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but truly appreciate the effort

It's right by the beach, and there are small restaurants and a 7/11 nearby, which was really convenient

Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim

It’s not directly beachfront, but just a short walk across the road and you’re there. There are also plenty of halal food stalls right in front of the hotel, along with many eateries nearby

Plus, being close to everything you need, like restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is super convenient

Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone

The breakfast restaurant truly stood out — every morning felt like a special treat, with delicious food, beautiful presentation, and such kind, attentive service that made us start each day with a smile

Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. This place is a maze to navigate with GPS and next to impossible without it unless you're very familiar and read Thai

Thumbs up, indeed! While Phuket itself can feel quite dirty, run-down, and chaotic, like a disordered small town, the hotel itself is a complete vacation paradise, offering ultimate relaxation

(Building 4 is suitable for those who prefer quiet. ) You can walk or swim through the connecting arches between buildings 1, 2, and 3, so don't overthink which building to stay in

The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further

The activities were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the people were lovely. It was also convenient for me to walk to Patong.

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3

**Patong Bay Hill Resort Review** *Stay Period: August 13-17, 2025* *Rating: 4/5 stars* My family and I recently spent four nights at Patong Bay Hill Resort with friends, and overall, it proved to be a pleasant hillside retreat with both strengths and minor limitations

Very nice staff, well-equipped hotel, free transportation, everything is available, but on some rooms, there is a lack of cleanliness, I had to change my first room because it was not clean

The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located

The breakfast buffet is a step away from our rooms and it is absolutely amazing!!! There is such a variety of food and drinks to choose from

Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do. Theres always something fun to do

I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

Graceland Phuket is a beautiful resort with lush greenery and well-kept gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The pools are spacious and inviting, perfect for both families and couples

The on-site nurse was outstanding, and the customer relations staff were caring, attentive, and truly compassionate. Their support made a stressful situation so much easier to manage

The only concern is the water cleanliness. Good services, the staffs will greet you with smile and attend to any request we asked, they are very helpful. Location wise, is a bit further from Patong beach

We only able to reserve the shuttle bus to Jungceylon central as it is fully booked. Please book in advance one day before or can choose to take tuk tuk/grab if wanna go to Patong beach/ Patong City

Checked in on 19/3, the room floor is abit sticky and dusty. We requested the cleaners to clean it, the next day the floor is clean. We tried all the 3 pools, kids love it so much

The best hotel in Phuket, hands down! Nobody can tell me otherwise. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded by tropical scenery

Elite suite is a perfect for the stay at patong. It has big pool, nice reception area. The pool is also nice, should try to use the pool facility. Overall the stay was quite nice and most of amenities were provided

Walking distance from lots of fun sights in Patong, and 10 min walk from Patong beach. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a huge assortment of foods and a banana pancake or omlette on demand chef

My recent stay at elite suites was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They had a wide variety of breakfast spread including indian food options

The only big negative was that the beds are hard. I didn't think to let the front desk know, and it wasn't until checkout when they asked how things were that I let them know how hard the bed was

The staff would literally run to serve you and made sure everything you wanted and needed was there for you. The pool area was beautiful and we swam and enjoyed happy hour almost every day

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

very clean & well kept with two great swimming pools where towels are provided for guests using the area. Our room was of a decent size with air conditioning, doorbell fridge/ mini bar /snacks

Definitely worth the price, and the location is walkable to town, but light years away from the craziness of downtown

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

When I have lunch in their restaurant, our glass still empty after placing an order until I ask for water, they finally served me a bottle of mineral water, I don't mind to pay but at least tell me for the choice

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine

Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht

They had used an extremely strong air freshener in the elevator and on the floor, which made the air sickening and suffocating. I highly recommend the free beach next to the hotel instead

Also, when I checked out, I went to the restroom downstairs in the lobby, and I couldn't tell if the strong smell was ********* or cigarette smoke

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grassland Resort Phuket. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was convenient, and the room was very clean; it made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

It's about an hour's taxi ride from Phuket International Airport. The hill leading up to the hotel is quite steep. However, if you ask the staff, they'll quickly arrange a pickup truck to take you up or down

We already bought a muay thai short and gloves for him back at home:) Mr. Beat very well explained that boxing is just a sport and not for fight, except protecting himself and his family, if necessary

I guess it really depends on the person – some will mind, some won't. The food was absolutely delicious, with both Thai and Western options, so you definitely won't get bored even on a longer stay

The stunning views and the warm, reassuring service from the staff made our stay truly comfortable! Our room felt clean, but my wife was bothered by the number of small insects

The location is fantastic, set on a hill right in front of the beach, offering amazing views and great access. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is very handy

When going uphill from the hotel, there are very nice restaurants, and all necessary shops are available nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel

Very nice hotel, well located, very clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet! Mini bar re-filled every day for free!! Have booked for 5 nights and just extended my stay for 9 days!! A minute walk to the beach! Definitely highly recommended!!!

We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle

Stunning hotel, spa on site is very nice, staff are super helpful. Room was perfect for my needs and location was great, I could walk to the beach in minutes and Jungceylon was also a short walk away

We stayed in a nice, large hotel room with a balcony. The room showed a bit of wear and tear, and unfortunately the water pressure was quite low. The breakfast buffet was good with some slight variations each day

🤍tip: if the room with“garden view”, check if this garden is in the direction of the rock bar? if so, take ear plugs with you :) 🤍in general, I liked it, I would return, but I would choose another room with a pool view

The hotel was fabulous! The pools, the swim-up bar, the trees everywhere it was all great. You truly feel like you're on vacation! The 2 ends beach side and street side made everything so easily accessible

The group and I were greeted by amazing staff with a cocktail which was a nice touch! The room was pretty standard but clean, spacious and bedding clean. The pool views were really nice from the balcony

the rooms are clean and comfortable. 🤍there was small disturbing things: weak pressure in the shower, window frames do not isolate from street noise (we lived opposite a rock bar with loud music)

Super nice staffs and was given a free upgrade from superior room to junior suite upon check in . Nice and convenient to shops , restaurants and convenience stores

But that was not the worst thing, next to this room is a wall where all the air conditioners from the rooms are hung, the noise was terrible, we asked to change the room or cancel the reservation, but they did not make concessions to us, so we left early for another hotel without a refund

Seaview Patong Hotel has a generally positive reputation for its excellent beachfront location, friendly staff, and good value for money, but reviews frequently mention that the rooms are dated and could benefit from refurbishment

The hotel looks a bit old, and the first-floor room I stayed in felt quite damp, so the air conditioning was always on and it was freezing. On the day I checked in, opening the door was like stepping into a freezer

The room assignment was particularly poor; despite booking far in advance, I was given a less desirable room, while foreigners behind me were given better ones. The breakfast was decent but nothing special

The hotel is right by the coast, with plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just okay. Overall, for the price, it's acceptable

The breakfast buffet spread was good with variety. The swimming pool of the hotel is also wonderful, with a kids pool and infinity pool too. There are good Indian restaurants , shops nearby

We stayed in the Superior Sea View Room at the Andaman Beach Suites Hotel. The room was clean, spacious with a beautiful, mesmerising view of the sea. The location of the hotel is about 5 min walk to the beach

Overall we had a very good stay at this hotel in Phuket and recommend it

The confusion was cleared once they confirmed from their team. All in all, i have given the stars only for the good cleanliness and hygiene. Zero stars for room service, for breakfast taste and for staff behaviour

At the time of the checkout they said that bathrobes had been missing from the room and they wanted to charge us. However it was their housekeeping staff who had forgotten to replace the robes after the cleaning

Even all the in-house restaurant are awesome. La Gritta italian restaurant has amazing food plus view to die for

Just got back from Amari Phuket and honestly, mixed feelings. The property itself is stunning. The views are amazing, the setting is beautiful and the Rim Talay restaurant has a nice breakfast spread

For the price, i don’t think it’d worth it. Spa is bad as well, 1 of the bfast restaurant female staff is rude. Do not recommend this place for the price

Had an amazing stay at Amari Phuket! The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable, from the free room upgrade to the lovely birthday decoration and delicious cake

The resort has one of the best locations in Patong — close enough to the main beach and shops, yet far enough to feel peaceful and private
