The reception staff doesn't speak english well and it's was hard to communicate. When they don't understand, they start answering the same thing multiple times, like a chatbot. We just leave the hotel with a bad indicator and unprofessional behavior as we asking for a water just after checking out and the recipient staff said U need to buy it from market. The rooms were very clean, large and well presented. The staff were always very polite and helpful, overall it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill, so once you're out for the day you want to stay out to avoid multiple taxi fares, which add up very quickly in Patong. Only breakfast is available at the hotel, which is ok as long as you plan ahead.

Beware Internet here is trash. I've had better in 3rd world countries. Imagine 2025, and they got a singal no different from a dial-up early 90s. Actually, a dial-up works better than here. If you want to experience Bangla walking street, this is a great spot. clean and short walk to escape the madness of the strip. Friendly staff, food a little pricy compared to surrounding options, but food is good. this is a great spot for what we wanted to do. close to the action, safe and clean.

The hotel is nice. It's very small and located a bit off the main streets, but the rooms are always clean; they clean them every day, change the towels and bed linens, and wash them. The room has a TV, a large refrigerator, a large mirror, a closet, and a very large bed. I had a single room without a window. Overall, the experience was good. It's decent for the money.

It's a good hotel if you're traveling alone, well worth the money. The room is spacious, with air conditioning, a shower, a safe, internet, and a TV. It was cleaned every day. There's an inexpensive cafe downstairs. I liked it; believe me, there are more expensive and worse places. It's a 15-minute walk to the center and the sea; if I come back, I'll definitely stay here.

Stayed here several times due to the view which is quite stunning. Everything else is average, nothing fancy. You should be aware that there’s a lot of traffic 24/7 and you’ll be able to hear it from your room when staying at the rooms facing the street/beach. There is no elevator in this building so make sure you’re able to carry your luggage.

Called in for lunch and the food was tasty and the menu pricing is very reasonable. Draft beer only 55 baht. Many German dishes on the menu. Staff friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a laid back feel. Worth a visit if you are in the area and hungry.
