The reception staff doesn't speak english well and it's was hard to communicate. When they don't understand, they start answering the same thing multiple times, like a chatbot. The rooms were very clean, large and well presented. The staff were always very polite and helpful, overall it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill, so once you're out for the day you want to stay out to avoid multiple taxi fares, which add up very quickly in Patong. The hotel is nice. It's very small and located a bit off the main streets, but the rooms are always clean; they clean them every day, change the towels and bed linens, and wash them. The room has a TV, a large refrigerator, a large mirror, a closet, and a very large bed. I had a single room without a window. Overall, the experience was good. It's decent for the money.

It's a good hotel if you're traveling alone, well worth the money. The room is spacious, with air conditioning, a shower, a safe, internet, and a TV. It was cleaned every day. There's an inexpensive cafe downstairs. I liked it; believe me, there are more expensive and worse places. It's a 15-minute walk to the center and the sea; if I come back, I'll definitely stay here.

Stayed here several times due to the view which is quite stunning. Everything else is average, nothing fancy. You should be aware that there’s a lot of traffic 24/7 and you’ll be able to hear it from your room when staying at the rooms facing the street/beach. There is no elevator in this building so make sure you’re able to carry your luggage.

Called in for lunch and the food was tasty and the menu pricing is very reasonable. Draft beer only 55 baht. Many German dishes on the menu. Staff friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a laid back feel. Worth a visit if you are in the area and hungry.
