The reception staff doesn't speak english well and it's was hard to communicate. When they don't understand, they start answering the same thing multiple times, like a chatbot. Too many rules and no flexibility to the customer needs, for example: last order for the restaurant should be placed at 8:30PM, and they refused my order (just a cake actually, so nothing to cook) at 8:31PM. We just leave the hotel with a bad indicator and unprofessional behavior as we asking for a water just after checking out and the recipient staff said U need to buy it from market. The rooms were very clean, large and well presented. The staff were always very polite and helpful, overall it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill, so once you're out for the day you want to stay out to avoid multiple taxi fares, which add up very quickly in Patong. Only breakfast is available at the hotel, which is ok as long as you plan ahead.

Standard hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location, with the city center reachable in just a few minutes on foot. Even though it's central, it's surprisingly quiet.

The overall experience was good. The property is a bit far from Patong Beach, with around a 1 km walk. The room was small, and the bathroom was average (3/5). Hot water was not consistently available at times.

The hotel is nice. It's very small and located a bit off the main streets, but the rooms are always clean; they clean them every day, change the towels and bed linens, and wash them. The room has a TV, a large refrigerator, a large mirror, a closet, and a very large bed. I had a single room without a window. Overall, the experience was good. It's decent for the money.

It's a good hotel if you're traveling alone, well worth the money. The room is spacious, with air conditioning, a shower, a safe, internet, and a TV. It was cleaned every day. Stayed here several times due to the view which is quite stunning. Everything else is average, nothing fancy. You should be aware that there’s a lot of traffic 24/7 and you’ll be able to hear it from your room when staying at the rooms facing the street/beach. There is no elevator in this building so make sure you’re able to carry your luggage.

A fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and better than expected. The sea side view was perfect and it was slightly away from the busy area but still within walking distance. Other amenities such as pharmacy, laundry, 711 were nearby.

Great location, close to Jungceylon. There's a 7-Eleven right out front, so it's easy to grab food. However, the cleanliness needs some improvement. It's not far from the beach and very convenient for getting around.

It is at a little isolated outskirts of the Phuket City, there are bathtubes in all the rooms but little issues with ants, otherwise the property does not have any problem we just had some water problem but it was sorted in2- 3 hours

Called in for lunch and the food was tasty and the menu pricing is very reasonable. Draft beer only 55 baht. Many German dishes on the menu. Staff friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a laid back feel. Worth a visit if you are in the area and hungry.
