The Berussa Hotel in Bursa

On February 17, 2024, the person at the reception desk showed me a price from a website and confirmed if I could afford it. I purchased the room for 2550 TL. Then, for some reason, they said it couldn't be that price, that they didn't know about such a website, how could they give such a price, and that the lowest price was 3100 TL. They said they would talk to their manager and made us sit at the reception desk for two hours without doing anything. This is the worst hotel and the lowest quality staff I have ever seen. Despite staying there dozens of times, I experienced the same treatment on January 1, 2022. When I went with my girlfriend, even though I reserved a single room through the website, they intentionally gave me a room with two separate beds. The staff are terrible, indifferent, bigoted, ignorant, and treat you with undeserved disrespect. Stay away, -5 out of 10.

Apart from the rooms with city views, nothing else was good. The road is very steep and winding, the hotel is extremely old and dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, the table in the room was broken, and the lobby was extremely filthy. They charged 45 TL for Turkish coffee, and it was terrible. This price is far too expensive for a hotel like this.
