With its forest air, clean and tranquil thermal pools, and friendly staff, it's a fantastic therapy center. And then there's Fatma Hanım's magical medical massage that takes away all your fatigue 😊

Very old hotel, does not deserve the money given, I think even 2 stars is too much for this place.

It started with the grumpy people at the reception, the thermal pools are freezing cold, the environment is cold, you have to be very lucky not to get sick while walking between changing pools, we could not get a shuttle service from the hotel to the pool, from the pool to the hotel, you have to walk for a long time in open areas between the accommodation and the pool, this is ridiculous, I guess the governor's office does not see this process. There are also many deficiencies in terms of fire precautions.

This place is a classic sanatorium, with all the pros and cons that entails.
The staff is extremely open and ready to help.
Parking in front of the building through a barrier, there is enough space. There is a convenient metro nearby to get to the city center in 20 minutes.
The thermal baths are nearby, at least 5 minutes away, in general they are good, only the opening hours of the outdoor pool are a bit late.
There is a forest nearby, but I did not have time to go there.

As a hot spring hotel in Izmir, the price/performance ratio is acceptable and the facilities are passable.

This hotel doesn't allow turkish citizens to walk near Balcova Thermal Facility after 8pm. While foreign tourists and hotel customers walk around happily in summer, people who lives in Balcova can't even enter the area just to do walking activity.

Very good i can say.. we did stay for 1 night, foods just very tasty..room was so clean and we did enjoy in the bath tub :) but i didnt use thermal pools for my 4 years old little one..can't be sure about hygiene..people come here to get better with any kind of skin issues in the end 🤔 i can highly recommend with friendly crew 🥰
