I chose this hotel The hotel's space and view were great. The hotel staff were great, especially the ladies and gentlemen who were there, Ms. Kemale and Mr. Murat, were very responsible and kind.
The service staff were great.
They checked the room every day.
The breakfast was good, I was satisfied.
My hair dryer broke and it was replaced quickly.
Overall, the facilities and behavior of the staff were good.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star. The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling.

A nightmare. Can’t shower for straight 12 hours since they don’t have hot water in our room. Can you imagine? What kind of 4-star hotel is this? If you are up for super low quality service and lots of sour faces of the staff, go for it.

The breakfast is another disaster. Normally, the staff must take custom orders for omelettes as you got seated, yet they never ask you. We were not aware of the existence of filtered coffee either. They hid the coffee maker behind the bar area and they make it sound like you should pay for it. They serve only the cheapest tea, visibly in the buffet area. The items in the buffet are quite low standard.

Expedia, Booking, and major booking sites should take this hotel off of their list in Izmir. Super cheating since they don’t deserve a star. DO NOT spoil your quality days at this hotel.

I have been traveling in Turkey for almost a months from one place to another, I have not seen such a disaster. SHOCKER!

Okay for a 4 stars. Very old hotel but it was clean. Room was big with view on the sea. Very kind staff. Not much for breakfast though.

The view and location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful places to be found in Izmir. Regardless of day or night, you can find great activities in this area. I strongly recommend you to watch the sunset by the beach, which is one of the favorite places of the people of Izmir.
