This hotel offers good value for money, the rooms are clean, modern and stylish. It is easy to sleep at night, there is no extraneous noise, the area is very quiet and calm. There are also disadvantages, for example, the towels are a little dirty, the window did not close in our room and it was cold at night. There was also no bottle opener, it's nothing, but still uncomfortable, we had to find a way to open our beers. On the plus side, I would like to note the excellent service, especially manager Mehmet, he was very kind to us, always approached us, asked if we had everything, if we liked everything, and was ready to help us in any situation. We have been in many cities and middle class hotels in Turkey, unfortunately, the attitude and service suffered a lot, so Mehmet is a true example of a good manager and person. Thank you, Mehmet.

European concept hotel - friendly staff, central location, clean and good value for money. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety, the tea was really good. We also enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings where they had a bar. I would stay there again.

Hello, my mother and I stayed in this hotel for three weeks. I am grateful to all the good members and staff of the hotel who were very hospitable, especially Mehmet bey who tried to make everything in order from the moment of admission to the last day. They solved the problems that arose in our hotel reservation and helped us to do our work in Izmir in peace.
Our room was clean and bright, also newly renovated and had a useful little kitchen. The hotel's access to metro and Izban was good, and it was near Kültür Park, which is a shortcut to reach Cumhuriyet Square and Pasaporta Wharf...
We were very satisfied and we are grateful for the very good treatment of the staff.

The experience was very bad with this hotel. I stayed for four days. They changed the room three times under the pretext of restructuring the building and repairing the rooms. I was repeatedly disturbed by the construction workers and the adjacent rooms. Simply when someone calls to book in the hotel, the official can apologize and say we are restructuring the building and the hotel is out of service. During the next three months, but they did not do so and did not respect their customers and annoyed them. If you are on vacation and want to relax and enjoy your time, stay away from this hotel.

I was so angry. The hotel was cancelled my booking before 1 hour when we arrive. Our family with kids was no place to stay. I have to looking for another hotel. They are not professional. They don't say sorry to me. I don't recommend you choose this hotel.

We booked Mysun after we left our accommodation already and needed a place to stay for one more day. It was a short stay so we didn’t have much expectations, but Mysun been very good for our stay.
The hotel located at the heart of Izmir, walking distance to Konak Pier and also Kulturpark. It is located on a street with parking and it is more like apartments than rooms. We didn’t had any problems with anything, and room had all amenities you would need from covers to shampoo to coffee, heater etc. The young lady and man at the reception was very kind and helpful too.
If you are looking for luxury and a fancy hotel, this will not satisfy you, but if you are looking for a stay in city centre with very location and price/performance as well as comfort, don’t hesitate to book Mysun.
