but there were no duvet covers, not even in the room. I had to call the front desk late at night to inquire about it.
Eventually, a staff member brought a duvet cover.
I don't know if this is the default arrangement or if it was just an isolated incident.

This was my first time I visited Izmir. I was looking for star hotels but when this found this hotel, had some questions in my mind but then I reserved for ten days.
The location of the hotel is very close to the shore and center of Alsancak. Although there is no star of the hotel but it's like 4 star hotel
Has very good breakfast options.
The service and people who are working are great. I liked them all. They're very helpful and friendly.
