I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is also ideal — short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

Internet is lousy, and then you have to ask for basic room ammenities. Location not in a nice neirborhood and not all the people in tbe counter speaks english..... not to be back again

Avoid this hotel is possible. The lifts are inefficient, with long queues to take luggage to and from the rooms. Frequently using the stairs to go to room. Breakfast and evening meal very limited choice and very basic. No room between tables to get in and out without having to request other cliente to make space. Size of rooms and bathroom very small. The double bed was against the wall so entry and exit of the double bed had to be made by the bottom of the bed or climbing over the other person. Not recommended if travelling in group or if you need to use lifts. Staff friendly.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. It is not prepared for groups. At arrival, it took more than 20 minutes to reach the rooms, as only two elevators for 4 people each were available. We found a double bed in the room at the corner of the room, so only reachable from one side. We came to the restaurant for dinner and there wasn't enough space. Good luck if you come on your own, but never come with a big group.

Hotel ware nice, meals delicious. The bed confortável, the roof patio was very pleasant. My group of friends like it very much, the front desk was friendly and helpful. Coffee in the morning was hot and strong! Just like it should be. It was a great pleasure to visit this country. Happy May 1st

Everything was great! The service, the food, the room! Quiet and clean! We had hot water in the shower, clean towels and nice pillows! Thank you very much, I recommend this hotel :)
