Rating given for over all value for money
The location is great with short distance to train-station, restaurants and shoreline for nice walks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The front desk agent Sinan we ended up chatting with, was exceptionally helpful with his local tips and advice. That breakfast wasn't included didn't bother us at all, since there a number of breakfast places a short walk from the hotel.

Great view from the window at breakfast. Comfortable room. Not far from the embankment and the local "Istiklal", where life is in full swing.

It's not worth the money we paid. The hotel is very old. Service is terrible. No breakfast. Expensive for no reason. Unreliable WIFI. Bathrooms are too small and also old. Even though they put us in Nonsmoking floor, yet, the smoke was coming out from every room.

The hotel is clean and very very nicely situated, the neighborhood has an authentic feeling, is safe and full of small shops, cafés, bars and restaurants but the street of the hotel is always very quiet. We loved that we could easily walk to the center of the city, the seaside and the old town. The staff is polite, special thanks to Ezgi who was always very helpful (!!). The only thing that was not great was the bedding, we sadly found the pillows were not very comfortable but it’s something that can be easily fixed vu the management in the future

Had a great stay with them. The staff was very warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were cleaned very well and the view was also very nice. The staff speaks very good English and helped visit the best places in Izmir. 10/10 would recommend to anyone travelling to Izmir and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

The location is great. Just 5 minutes from Kibris Sehitleri street which is the main one in the area. The people are really nice, helpful and respectful. You can stay with your girlfriend or family. However, in our room hair dryer was not working. Besides that sound isolation was week. If there is a noise on the street or on the corridor, you can hear them. In that sense it made me a little bit uncomfortable. However, if you want to use hotel just for sleeping and having shower and short time chilling and you main purpose is to travel the city, then it is the one of the best option on the area. Price/Performance is good I would say.

I liked this hotel personally. First of all, for it’s three stars it’s good price and quality expectation. Workers are so much flexible. Me and my friend needed wire extender and place to work and they offered us a place for that. Wifi connection is good too. Faster than usual hotels in Turkey. Also I’m glad that I made friends in this hotel. Two receptionists Ezgi and Sinan are so cool. These two are not only responsible and hardworking receptionist, but also interesting people. Glad to stay in affordable hotel and I’m much glad that I met new people. Hope you meet Ezgi and Sinan too in person!
