Pasaport Pier Hotel in Izmir

Not for tourists.
I do not know about the hotel, but the restaurant. I made a reservation a month ago. I sat at my table, was given a menu and ordered my drink. The server then took my menu away to give it to another table. I was fine with that, he was proposing and maybe they only had two menus. She then gave the menus to another table. I sat for 15 minutes or longer with nothing, no menu or asking if I wanted anything. I honestly think that they only care for locals and that I just was not wanted.

I was in shock — I arrived at 1:00 a.m., and there was absolutely no water in the room. No water at all! I couldn’t take a shower, use the toilet, or even brush my teeth. And this was after a full day of traveling. The manager at the reception said it wasn’t his problem or the hotel’s problem that there was no water. I insisted that they should have informed me, as well as any other guest, about this inconvenience. Had I known, I would never have come to Izmir during this period.

There wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the room to somehow compensate for this situation. The hotel is pretending to be clueless and claims they don’t need to compensate anything, even though they are the ones providing the service — and nowhere in the service description does it say that I’m renting a hotel for the weekend with no water.

I booked the hotel through Trip.com
, so this service also bears responsibility for not informing guests that basic things like running water — in the tap, shower, and toilet — are missing. I didn’t believe the bad reviews about this hotel, but my trust has been completely destroyed by this rude and careless service.

We made a booking through your app. However, upon arrival last night, we were surprised to learn that only one room had been reserved under our name. As a result, we had to make an additional booking on the spot and paid for another room under the guest name Lorin. Hotel says we have only one booking .

Since I already had a confirmed booking, I kindly request a refund for one of the duplicate room charges. Please review the reservation details and assist me in processing the refund.

I chose this hotel for its location, expecting a nice view. Instead, my window looked at a building shaft.
Breakfast is ok, althought many standard equipment was missing. Coffee was like dishwater.
You can find many good, equally priced, but nice hotels around.

The worst hotel. In the pictures on the website you only see the most beautiful rooms facing the sea. We arrived around 8PM at the reception, we took the rooms and when we went upstairs we discovered a small room and a view of the neighboring block which was a meter away. Literally no light enters the room and you feel like in a cellar. We said we'll get over this and we went out to eat, but when we got back to discover that the water wasn't running at all in the entire hotel. I asked for explanations but no one paid attention to me and I found out that the water wasn't running until 2am from another customer. I somehow got over this as i had a long journey the next day and I had to sleep, but all night there were people talking very loudly and it seemed like they were moving furniture all night. In the morning when I went to the reception and asked for an explanation they told me very bored that there was a flood in a room, no excuses, no anything, just leave quickly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
