We stayed at the hotel just for accommodation. We didn't have any extra expectations, a clean room was enough. But the noise from the Turku bar on the street our room overlooked didn't stop until 4 in the morning. We stayed up all night. The breakfast was also very limited in variety and very low in quality. We only went with the expectation of a clean room, we didn't expect anything from the breakfast to be honest, but we were surprised to see how poor quality it was. We left without eating anything. I think it's a hotel to stay away from.

We booked one night for May 23rd. Clean, nice and quiet room. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. Central location. Unfortunately, the receptionist at check-in was not particularly friendly and a bit arrogant. The two ladies at the breakfast buffet were more concerned with their mobiles than looking after us, and there was no friendliness either. The English-speaking hotel employee was very friendly and helpful.

It is located in the centre. Rooms closer to the lower floors may be slightly affected by the noise of musical entertainment at night. It has no parking. Paid minibar, free tea, instant coffee and water are available in the rooms. The breakfast is weaker than in the past, but the hotel is a suitable option that meets your needs in terms of accommodation.

It was a trip we participated in with a tour and we were going to stay in this hotel. Even though I went there with prejudice, I didn't think I would be satisfied. It's a clean room, it's a lively environment due to its spacious location. I can say that the gifts they left in the room really got 10/10 from me. The air conditioner cools it down very well, I loved the breakfast.* **I loved this place, even its proximity to the promenade was very good for me. We walked around a lot at night, went to the clock tower, etc., and it's always great to get to know a city by walking around.

The food is disgusting, I definitely do not recommend it, companies or tours bring you here because it is cheap, do not be fooled, and the 2 men at the reception are very sullen, you asked us, we could not get an answer to any of our questions, it is one of the worst hotels in Turkey in terms of communication, definitely do not come, do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!

2 stars for the location and the price. The reception staff are not helpful at all. The room wasn't really clean and when asked them to clean it again they just sent someone to say it's clean...
