Each morning, Ece welcomed guests at breakfast with warmth and grace, always ready with a smile and a friendly conversation.

Aysel and Kerim were incredibly supportive throughout my stay — assisting with practical matters like ATMs and local services, and introducing me to the authentic neighbourhood just minutes from the hotel. The surrounding area is full of hidden gems — wonderful small eateries, hairdressers and local businesses that give you a real sense of community.

Kaan embodies what it means to be a true host. Patient, attentive and genuinely client-focused, he took the time to explain local dishes, place orders on my behalf, and ensure everything arrived perfectly. His kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Volcan showed exceptional care when I needed to use an ATM late in the evening, thoughtfully guiding me to a secure location near Basmane station and ensuring I felt completely safe.

And finally, Sedef at reception — composed, professional and consistently warm. Even during busy moments, she remained attentive and gracious, always ready to assist with anything needed.

My stay felt personal, safe and sincerely welcoming. I would gladly return and highly recommend The Palm Inn to anyone visiting Izmir.

reasonable price for important city like Izmir in July time, good location near a lot of attractive places, polit and helpful staff, breakfast is good, but furniture are old, no view, it's 3 stars hotel more than 4, but because of reasonable price and the other good things..I liked it.

We stayed at palm inn hotel between 3-6 august. The location of the hotel is very central. 10 minutes walking distance to Basmane train station and metro station. the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Towels were new, wc shower was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room is cleaned every day and they change everything, sheets, pillows and towels. When our towels were changed on the second day, some older towels were talked about, but we didn't care much because everything was clean. The breakfast varieties, especially the quality and taste of the cheeses, were sufficient. In the classic hotel breakfast, lime cheese is normally served, but in the palm inn hotel, Izmir Tulum was served, which we liked very much. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. In short, this quality and location at this price is perfect for a city hotel.

It was a very nice stay for us. We visited all the hotels in the vicinity and looked at their rooms, but we preferred this place, with my wife and 1 year old daughter. They are also helpful in terms of price. Although the rooms are a little small, they are adequate. Ventilation systems are very successful, allowing you to sleep comfortably. The biggest problem is parking your car, even though they have their own place, I did not want to wait, so I parked far, in the side streets. I still give 5 stars, I would stay again.
