Caylan Hotel in Izmir

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
They don't bother to give much details of the conditions of the room and hotel on their listing on Agoda so you go there and get surprised with the conditions.
1- the staff speaks only Turkish so if you don't know Turkish, the communication will be extremely difficult, so you won't be able to object on anything.
2- there's no elevator, no one to help you with their luggage.
3- the room they offered me was absolutely terrible, as there was no view at all, actually no sunlight entering the room
4- since there are no photos of the rooms, the room i offered was very small, and the "double bed" was very small so you won't sleep comfortably, also the quality of the bed is very poor.
5- i asked for an extra blanket, but the response was no extra blankets as the hotel is fully booked. Such a hilarious excuse.
6- the sound of the air conditioner was extremely loud, which made sleeping very hard
7- the mini fridge was very week.
8- the staff didn't try to communicate with us in any way during our 2 night stay. If you're expecting them to show any kind of welcome, you won't find it here.
Izmir is an amazing city, so if you want to have a nice vacation and enjoy the city, you'd better stay in another hotel than that.
The attached photos is showing the view from the room, obviously there's no view at all and no sunlight entering the room, also it is showing the size of the bedroom.

You can find very friendly staff there. I never forget their kindness.i could have hot water every time i should mention i buy a big bottle of water as well. But i smelled cigarettes in my floor most of the time. I paid 100 Tl per night for only a room( bed). But i could find other hotels aroynd this hotel which i paid 120 Tl for bed and breakfast (BB) and much more clean and comfortable.
