Me and my partner had the most relaxing time at red & green hotel staff are very friendly and helpful great service very clean and everything was local shops, bars and restaurants even down too the seafront had a lovely stay and most of all the staff were amazing thank you so much for making are stay relaxing will stay here again when in izmir again thanks again much appreciated for are perfect stay 😀 ✨️🙏🏼✨️🇬🇧🇹🇷

Very nice and helpful staff at this hotel. Hotel is only 1 minutes walk from the main town centre and only 5 minutes walk from the river/waterfront and the ferry terminal. The bus station and train station is only 1 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets very nearby. I stayed here for 11 nights and this hotel was very clean and convenient and also very reasonably priced and much cheaper in comparison to similar hotels locally.
The staff are willing to help 24/7 and constantly asking what more they could do for me. If you are not bothered about star ratings but want to stay in a great location at a great price then this is the hotel for you. I certainly will be returning soon.

A true turkish hospitality helpful staff room service is amazing. The location is my first choice 2 minutes walk to metro/mini busses which connects you airport and bus terminal area is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants

Worst experience I do not advise you to stay at this hotel the receptionist gave our two rooms to another two couples and he was saying that we do not work with the website for the past four months through which we have done our booking and he said I am sorry. when we ask the website he lied to the website and said that we didn't came to the hotel. worst hotel ever I have been to.
I advise you to save your money and stay in another hotel

Service was impeccable but rooms were tired and required update. Photo's are not realistic. Mould on bathrooms and leaking toilets. Rails rusted. But the cleaning staff and reception were very polite and attentive, and could not fault the service. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe with a ticket issued by the reception. Price charged in advice and changes per person rather than the room. Only in Turkey, the price is determined by the people staying. A/C was working well so was not all bad.

Me and my partner spent a few days in this hotel in March, we were both very pleased. Staff is so lovely, Başak hanım cooks the best soups and reception team is super helpful! They always advised us and handed an umbrella when it stated to rain on our engagement day. Breakfasts are super tasty and location is phenomenal, only a few steps away from Izban station and ferry. Would come back 100%

I noticed on the internet that there are not many hotels in Karşıyaka of Izmir. I chose this hotel with sweet accommodations, including breakfast, and I was satisfied. Thank you to your entire team. By the way, for your information, there are generally apartments in Karşıyaka.

I stayed for 12 days, I didn't have any problems about anything. Rooms are clean, reliable. They really cleaned Super every day, thank you. As for the Hotel Staff, they are all perfect, they helped me in every way, they are friendly. Guinea If I come to Izmir, this will be the first stop. I prefer this place to have an adventure in another hotel.
