City centre hotel with a big and very clean rooms. Restaurants, bars, parks, hospitals and pharmacy just walking distance. Staff was really helpfull. Also free public car parking places available in front of the hotel. Water, tea, nescaffe and traditional turkish coffee was given free of charge. Overall, the welcome area is so clean and nice. The room has quite a small space, a bit of a smoking smell, and I found some lost hair in the towel, but it had full travel-size amenities. Parking connects to the hotel, and it can park about 8 small cars.

The room was clean and spacious, offering good value for money. The service was also very warm and welcoming. The front desk arrived early to let us check in, and they even lent us two local transportation cards free of charge since we didn't have them.

Just checked it out without overnight. İt seems quite, clean and peaceful. The prices are almost the same like in a moderate new hotel. But the historical atmosphere is more than that, amazing! İt is worth of trying, just to feel for one night a levantine interior.

An okay place, for 1 or 2 days or transiting for few hours... i don't recommend turning on the AC now with the pandemic.. most of rooms with no windows. Beware there are no elevators!!! You have to carry your luggage. Next to bus companies and close to the central... very convenient. Cost: 4 days=240TL.

Its under construction and cheap for its location. Nice personell. Shower was not sealed off from the toilet and everything got wet. And because its under construction the stairs are quite bad and if over 180cm you will hit your head when walking the stars

We have stayed for two night 16-17 Oct, 2024 with BB. The location is perfect from Metro and Center of Izmir and you can see the sea side with 5 min walk. The rooms are clean and the breakfast fast not much option but their hospitality is very nice. And then price of rooms is reasonable. For breakfast I don’t recommend to have because there is plenty of option to have outsized.

Recommended by a friend this hotel was great for two nights stay the rooms were great and very spacious for the price. If you want to be like 20 mins away from the bar street in Buca or the clubs recommended. If you're hungry no problem there is a bakery and a kebab place working 24/7 on the bottom flor

Very good location near to main vibrant street. Hotel is quiet and clean. Room has comfortable bed, large TV, hair dryer, hospitality tray and lots of electric outlets for charging phones :) Hotel also has elevator (lift for Europeans) which is great compared to İstanbul. Simple home made breakfast is available at the lobby.

Hotel is realy great. It has nice interior. Rooms are nice. Room service was cleaningn every day. Staff is very profesional and polite. Food is good. Hotel has parking if you are coming with car. Izban, train that drives through the city is located near hotel. Also there is shoping mall near, about four minutes with car.

In my opinion, the best hotel in Gaziemir, the same business as extenco, definitely don't stay anywhere else, I've tried every hotel in its class.
