Great location, very beautiful view around. Very good breakfast. But we were sad to know: if you check out before breakfast (but you pay full price for sure), the hostel can't pack some food for you instead of breakfast. There are many flights early in the early morning, so you have to miss your breakfast and stay hungry. It would be great if this hostel could change their rules and pack some food, as other places do.

The breakfast was delicious. You can even sign up for a free tour given by a friend of the hostel. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. The staff are kind and the accommodation is ok. The beds are not comfortable and there’s only 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel. There are no standalone toilets so the bathrooms are often dirty and with a line. The floor is always wet. Even the cleaner uses the shower head to spray down the toilet etc , wetting up the floor then using a dirty mop to try to sponge it up. She also stands on the counter to wash the mirrors. Bring shower shoes.

I stayed in the female only dorm and it's basically a small room with two bunk beds. Only two lights in the room, it's truly a cave, and not a romanticized one! The ventilation is horrible in the female only dorm, I think there's probably no AC. Pick the mixed dorm if you must, it's right outside the female only dorm and there's AC.

Everyone from both dorms must share two tiny, dirty stalls, each stall is subdivided into a shower stall and a toilet stall. The hygiene is horrible, and there's nowhere proper to hold the toilet paper. Everyone just randomly puts the toilet rolls on the top of the bin's lid or wherever they like. The washing basins are so high, I saw a small woman has to stand on tiptoes just to brush her teeth. I don't get the design at all. The lock to one of the stalls were broken and it took almost two days for the staff to fix it.

I don't think there's a quiet hour policy here because two girls talked very loudly in the corridor for half an hour even though it's well after 11pm and no one stopped them.

Breakfast is great, and to be fair, the staff is friendly. Just as all hostels go, this place is great for making friends, with the added bonus that you can bond over how horrible the toilets are...

Good place to stay in Goreme town centre , 35 min from nevsehir airport,
Lots of restaurants, car rentals shopping etc are nearby..

Have cave room and normal rooms as well.

Expensive compared to amenities provided.

The counter staff is not warm, the location is not in the center, a little far and a little hard to find, toilet is not so clean and smelly

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
