Worse hotel ever!!! Stay away!!! We reserved a family room for 4 nights and once we arrived from a 10 hour flight they told us that we can’t accommodate you because the price you paid from hotels.com is cheaper than what we have!!! What kind of an answer is this !! We were force to go and find a hotel at 1 in the morning. If you care about your family or yourself stay away from here!!!

This hotel is not worth the price, I would not stay here even for 300TL. It is very expensive now. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Don't be fooled by the reviews.
I don't recommend it. And English is not well spoken. Unfortunately, they discriminate.

Mood Hotel in Kadıköy are is terrible. Very dirty, very small hotel, the personal isn't friendly, every step they can asking money. This is unsafe hotel. The worst hotel. All items in hotel is broken.

A bit disappointed. The room is a size of a little square which is too little for two people. The shower is literally in 10 centimetres from the toilet. So, there is no space for comfortable stay. The hotel is overpriced in general for such conditions.

No windows, toilet broken, could not sleep due to phone and doorbell ringing all night. One if the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

The location is very convinent, you can access everything. There is a ticket seller after "KamilKoç" that sells plane and bus tickets, never ever ask them to buy a ticket, they are irresponsible for the wrong tickets they buy, and you have to pay for the compensation. But everything were fine, the guy was very kind, he helped us a lot. But, the rooms were a bit dusty, you can hear the noises outside, windows are not noise proof, and there was no elevator.

Our stay here lasted for over a week and we felt right at home thanks to the smiley and helpful staff, the clean room, and the cozy atmosphere.
