Very disappointing experience.
The room was much smaller than advertised, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and basic comfort was missing. Staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in solving problems.
Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money and fails to meet basic expectations. I strongly do not recommend staying here and advise travelers to look for other options.

Was a good cheap and chearfull hopel and they made sure we had everything we needed , we had to keave key at reception for cleaning which they didnt tell us.

First of all the apartment we booked didn't look the same like the pictures and we had to pay plus 90euros for another room.The room was very very dirty and it looked like it was not cleaned for a very very long time but for the first room we saw the reviews and we thought it was not that bad but when we arrived in the room there was a big spider on the wall and the baseboards were already taken off. In the room we stayed in the first three days nobody came to check and clean our room and we had to go to the reception to tell them to give us a a pillow and other stuff but they said to us that we must tell them to clean our room.They just came to throw our trash but they didn't change the pillow case and bedding. My opinion for this hotel is disgusting and i don't prefer to anybody to stay at this hotel.

Great value for money, the room was quite small but cozy. It had everything that we needed. Pretty standard, but that's what we paid for. If you have a big luggage better take a taxi instead of walking. Good communication with the host.

The service is extremely poor. It's just a private hotel with no front desk. You have to call them at the door.
When I returned to the hotel in the evening, there was no hot water, only ice. Yes, the ice was not warm, so I couldn't take a shower at all. I thought the other guests had used up the water, so I started waiting. However, the water was still ice cold, so I contacted the hotel. They asked me to turn on the faucet and wait, but I waited again for a while but it still didn't work. I contacted them immediately and they told me that they couldn't reply (you can see the payment status of the other party on WhatsApp), but the hotel completely ignored me and was very angry. During this season in Turkey, I felt sticky all over my body after walking around during the day. I couldn’t take a shower at night and had to go straight to bed feeling sticky. The experience was very poor!

First off, location was great no issue there and it was very close to everything. On the other hand the room looked modern but absolutely filthy. The bathroom showers were both broken spraying water everywhere (we booked 2 rooms) and the floors were full of mold. The bathrooms smelled like rotten sewage and mold. The bedsheets were yellow and smelled musty. We came home with bug bites and itchy. Please fix the cleaning part and everything else would be good.

The roads are up hill though but thats fairly common on this side of Istanbul.The hotel staff were very helpful an responsive as you do have to whats app call them to check in (which they do advise in the booking email beforehand) but this was relatively easy an simple as they email you the whats app an wifi password details beforehand so you dont have to use your own roaming data. 1. It was the first time I lived in a basement. The text didn’t mention it, I just relied on a picture to hint at it.
2. The groundwater has a very strong musty smell. An automatic timer incense diffuser is used to stimulate the senses. It is cheap and unpleasant and cannot be turned off.
3. There is no cleaning and replacement service, you have to rely on yourself.
4. Old bedding is the worst thing to encounter.
5. It is a renovated narrow 2-story private building with a basement. It has air conditioning and hot water. It is more than 10 minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque.
6. At about 4 o'clock in the morning on the last night, my wife said that someone picked the lock and turned on the lights. We all woke up...the original mechanical lock, no indoor safety, just an iron gate outside the room, and no front desk facilities...Please avoid this trap.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
