My son and I had a memorable stay in Istanbul at this place. We are non-demanding travelers; we only need a hotel room for resting. For freshening up, there is a shower: the water pressure is good, the water is hot, and there are no water interruptions. The towels are clean and smell good, all bath amenities are provided, and there is a hairdryer. We asked for a plate, and the hostess gave us a kettle, spoons, forks, and a knife as well. Bottled drinking water is available in unlimited quantities. The mattresses in the room are excellent and firm, and the pillows are comfortable. Wi-Fi is free. I believe the price-quality ratio is right.
For us, the kind and positive attitude of the hotel owner and her family was of primary importance. She would advise on how and where to go, where the best currency exchanges are, and where to have a delicious lunch. In rainy weather, she offered an umbrella. On my birthday, she treated me to a cake she had made herself and even gave me a gift. It was very sweet. On the day of our departure, she ordered a taxi. Would we stay at this hotel again? Yes!

Very good hotel with good staff. The owner is very kind and friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as well as the price. The hot water works and they provide toiletries and they are very helpful if you ask for anything! Enjoyed my stay!

The worst hotel you can imagine! Already at the entrance there is a persistent smell of dampness and mustiness. The room is dirty, the TV did not work, there is only one kettle for the whole hotel, the linen is gray and stained, not changed even once in 6 days, there is black mold in the toilet, the toilet is broken, the towel did not dry from the dampness, the view from the window is of terrible slums. Do not believe the positive reviews! Either they are ordered, or the people who wrote them are not quite adequate. This is the bottom!

The hotel is not only not clean but also poorly maintained. The rooms and toilet and bathroom area are very narrow. Air conditioning does not work. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Pros: The location is great. Upon request, they provided one blanket (there was no more). There were towels. All attractions are nearby, there are good cafes and restaurants, shops. Not high up the mountain! The price is low.
Cons: there were no slippers in the room, only one hanger in the closet. Cleaning is of very poor quality. There was someone's old tea in the kettle; we didn't use it. On the second day of stay, there was no cleaning. If you cleaned the hotel well and solved the problem with the smell of sewage throughout the hotel, then it would increase in price much more and I would want to return to it. It's a shame that the place isn't being taken care of. The bed linen is old and of poor quality, the mattresses are without mattress covers and they are dirty. There is a smell of smoking in the rooms. Strong sewer smell in the bathroom. The drain in the bathroom was black with dirt, they cleaned it with a brush. We swam in beach shoes.

Such a horrible hotel. Though it looks decent from outside but inside such a filthy and not following proper hygiene standards. Disgusting smell and linens has not been changed since ages covered with full of bedbugs. I was with no lights for 1 night no way to contact the weird receptionist. Meanwhile, neighbouring hotels were offering compensation for their guests. I had no choice but to sleep as I was tired and I couldn’t put my phone on charge thanks to Yasmin Hotel my whole plans for the next day was ruined because as a tourist I needed my phone to see locations and maps.
