Review: My recent stay at the OttomanZade Hotel was a terrible experience. The hotel is run-down, with visible mold and a strong, unpleasant smell of dampness. The stairs and walls were crumbling, and the bathroom was unsanitary. I am extremely disappointed This is not a 3-star hotel and poses a health risk. I would not recommend it to anyone.
The rooms are dirty, full of spiders and other insects and it stinks horribly. There is smoke everywhere since all the employees are smoking in the hotel. The area is super noisy and you living in the dirtiest neighborhood. We even paid more to get a less noisy room but it was equally disgusting.
The prices are also ridiculously high for what’s offered. Even a night is too much in this dirt hole.
We booked for stayed a few nights. And there’s no refund, And decided to leave even without getting a cent refunded.
