Tk Taxim Hotel in Istanbul

A terrible experience...the breakfast was awful and all the pictures available are fake! you can only find boiled eggs and if you arrive late you cant even have that! No utility is available there. Even they don`t have an Iron in the whole hotel! Hair dryers don`t work properly. Rooms are extremely small. In a nutshell it does`t worst the cost!

Never stayed somewhere so bad in my life over for 1 week and only lasted 1 night in this place. The hotel and my room smelt like dirty sewers the bathroom was so dirty I couldn’t even shower, the bed and pillows had tiny black hairs over it! The staff were useless when asked about getting a taxi, the place just made my skin crawl. Ended up moving to the Hilton double tree in piyalepasa highly recommended

Not even a 1 star hotel. The facilities and specially cleanness is a shame.
The smell in from the dran and in the hallway is worse than a public toilet!!
The chair is so dirty and stained that you don't dare sit. There are pieces of broken glass in the hallway, holes on the walls, unstable internet connection. Breakfast quality and variety is less than an average 2 star hotel let aside being 4.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location

DO NOT STAY HERE. There aren’t enough words to describe this disgusting hotel. From the hallway to the lift to the rooms. Everything is falling apart and management do not care, they just want your money. They are not a 4star more like a 2star. Holes in the walls, broken toilet seat, cracked mirrors I could go on but I won’t. You have been warned, don’t waste your money!

Rooms are disgusting; toilet wasn’t flushed, dead flies all over the floor, sheets have huge stains on them, no blankets provided, TV and AC doesn’t work, and the rooms are incredibly small. We are a group of 14 people with 7 rooms. Not one room was clean. After going into the rooms, all 14 of us went downstairs to demand a refund from the front desk manager, Sharin. He was extremely rude when checking our group in. When we complained to him, he told us to consider staying and in exchange he would provide several suite level rooms to us at no expense the following day. We decided to give it a chance. The following day, Sharin began making up new stories and excuses as to why we couldn’t switch into the promised suites. Everyday when we would walk down to the lobby, new guests were complaining and yelling at the staff about the same issues we had. Every room is disgusting. We ended up being scammed into staying in our dirty rooms because it was too late to switch to a new hotel. Service sucks; they were very rude to us when we would call and ask for simple things (like salt) and they would get mad and say they’re not there to provide us service. Whatever you do, AVOID this “hotel”. They’re all scammers and the rooms look NOTHING like the photos.
