Room was good for business travellers
Standouts: an immaculate bathroom with a big walk-in shower, strong water pressure, and rock-steady temperature; fully stocked amenities; a safe; a properly filled mini-fridge; complimentary water; and high-quality blackout curtains. The hotel’s location worked great for us—easy by taxi on the main road and a short walk to a major mall.
Staff across the lobby and reception were genuinely welcoming, and the lobby café setup is a nice perk.
Small improvement: after checkout my wife realized she’d left a watch in the room. Housekeeping found it (thank you!), but we didn’t get a call. A proactive “lost-and-found” outreach would make an already great experience outstanding.
Bottom line: One of my best hotel stays in Istanbul—I’d happily return and recommend it to friends.
