Reservations people is very rude and un polite, I book for 2 nights but only use one night because I arrive late, early morning I checked out because of so bad experience….. see photos .
I take to reservations but they don’t care and I lost 200 USD for the early checkout without any compensation from Hotel.
I don’t recommend any one to book this hotel
Our stay felt like home away from home. We enjoyed breakfast, free car parking, gym had the required basics, access to taxi at all times.
A definite recommendation for stay either on business or vacation and with family.
The cost was so good and everything is good.
Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.
The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.
My housekeeper, Sibel, did an excellent job cleaning my room and she was very considerate while doing so.
The only downside to this place is can drivers have a tough time getting here if they’re not from this part of town, and you can’t really walk anywhere from here. Still, it’s a great place to stay.
