I booked a business presidential suite, they give me a simple suite where the beds in the living room. Room old bad smell. Very bad experience with my friends

The hotel had an awful smell when you enter the hallway and even worse in the room. We decided that it is not safe to stay in the hotel and decided to leave immediately. When asked for refund at the reception I was told that somebody will call in the morning to do the refund. I have called and reached out to hotel and no returned phone call and no response.

I arrived at hotel at 7am, hotel helped me to check-in in advance, then I could had a shlrt break and took shower after s long ✈️.
The reception Ms.Rojda was nice, waiters were friendly!
I really liked the breakfast!
