Absolutely not suitable for relaxation; the noise is constant throughout the day. The smell of smoke is pervasive, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The sounds from other rooms are uninterrupted, making it feel like being in the same room. I will not repeat this experience at this hotel.

The location is excellent, next to the Sirkeci tram station and close to the city's main attractions.

It was a fantastic hotel room. Spacious and comfortable. Great mattresses. Delicious breakfast.

I’ve been quite a few times in this hotel, Excellent location. Excellent staff is just the hotel getting old. I think it’s time for renovating

The staff was very polite and helpful. We upgraded our room free of charge. However, the rooms were dated and tired, and the sheet by the window was dusty. The bed linen was very old and stained in places. The location is convenient for a day trip to the Old City, but this part of the city is less pleasant than the other side of the Galata Bridge. The breakfast was modest but delicious.

Strategic location with all services around you, from food and atmosphere to delivery. The only downside to the hotel is that its furniture is old and needs to be renovated.
