Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel, nor would we stay here again. The room size was great; we chose the Deluxe Room. However, everything else wasn’t so great. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, we faced multiple issues. • The dispensers in the bathroom were not working properly • The street outside is very noisy so we struggled to sleep at night • The AC may as well not exist. Doesn’t work properly and keeps turning itself off • Random power-cuts in the middle of the night. Called reception a few times regarding this issue and was told the air conditioner can only blow ‘hot air’ as we’re in winter, not summer. Absolute joke.

The desk people were wonderful and all spoke good to excellent English. The day clerk, Boris, was especially helpful and couldn't have been nicer.

Location is good but there’s good about the property
We landed in 15sept Monday room extremely hot AC not working fridge was very hot and these issues never got fixed got room service done once shower was broken and the water in the wet area kept filling up very very very horrible !!!!!

Below average
The spa was better than expectations although steam room was not working and no one was there to take care after us.
Breakfast was below average, and staff were not much Happy, it was a shame that we had to clean the table for breakfast

I booked this hotel for two guests, Barbaros and Oğuz, and they had an exceptional 5-day stay. They were extremely satisfied with their experience. The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the hotel rooms—along with the spa and swimming pool—were ideal for relaxation. The staff, especially the receptionist Bilal, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making them feel right at home. They truly enjoyed their time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul, with many attractions and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

One of the Best Hotel in Istanbul
The name " endless art " hotel should be ENDLESS LOVE , ENDLESS CARE, ENDLESS HELP AND SUPPORT. Special thanks to the host named Mr. Ahmed who went out of his way to accommodate us. That man is the real example of goodness left in the world and deserves much praises. All the hosts were very helping and provided the most comfortable service we've ever received. Hotel provided many services like good breakfast, pool theatre spa and much more at a very affordable price but it's the hospitality offered by that place which we will always remember.
Thanks again for all the guys of ENDLESS ART HOTEL who host us and made our stay so relaxing and comfortable.

On an extremely steep slope, 5 mins walk up to get to the bus stop
Poor breakfast choices
Overall it's a decent place for me if I was alone as it's worth the cost, I'd avoid with family.

It is a small hotel above Taksim square with all the comforts.Its a bit far away from the centre but the metro station is very close.Also It has a thermal pool, hammam and sauna which were ideal for relaxing after walking around the city.They gave us a free room upgrade and took us to the suite. The staff was excellent especially Bilal and doğukanand they helped us a lot with the taxi and everything else we asked for. Very kind guys, I would stay again!!

I stayed at Nippon Hotel during the end of the year and New Year period. The hotel was fully booked, including many families, yet the overall experience was very good.
The service was excellent, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it fully matched my expectations. Housekeeping and staff support were professional and responsive.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and if something was not available, the staff were willing to accommodate special requests, which was appreciated.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to exchange offices, supermarkets, restaurants, and shisha cafés. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
I wish the hotel continued success.

On the first night, I complained to the hotel because I couldn’t sleep due to the heat (in winter time), I was tired then. They were unable to fix the air conditioner, and next morning I asked to change rooms. They moved us to another room that is smaller, for four people, but with better air conditioning. This means I paid for a Family Deluxe room of 35 m² but had to stay in a room of about 20 m². This experience is bad.
I have stayed at three other hotels in Turkey during this trip, and all of them were good. Only Nippon Hotel made my holiday incomplete. I really regret choosing Nippon Hotel; if I had read other guests’ reviews on Google more carefully, I would not have made this booking.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is very clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the welcoming fruit plates and Turkish delights, which made the stay feel even more personalized.
The breakfast was fair, with a reasonable selection. One of the strongest aspects of the stay was the team at the reception; they were always attentive, responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and good hospitality. I would happily consider returning.

Good service overall. In the rooms, the wardrobes are very small. If you plan to go with small children, you won’t be able to enter or exit with a stroller, which really annoyed me. The hotel doesn’t have parking. Breakfast is moderately good.

I just arrived today at 2 PM, and the room was extremely hot. I asked the reception to check the air conditioning, and they told me it was fixed. I trusted them and went out for the day. When I came back around 10 PM, the room was even hotter!
I called the reception again (different shift this time), and the person told me there’s no cold air, only heating, because the entire building uses central AC. Seriously? Every guest has to accept the same temperature? What if someone wants a cooler room? This makes absolutely no sense.
I told him that if they cannot provide cold air, then please refund my money so I can move to another hotel. He told me to contact Booking.com. I did, and Booking informed me that the hotel just needs to send a confirmation email to approve a refund. However, the reception refused, saying that only the reservation team can do that — and they don’t work on weekends! So now I have to wait until Monday, meaning I’m forced to spend two nights in a room at 29°C!
This is completely unacceptable. Poor management, poor communication, and zero care for guests’ comfort. I am stuck here suffering because of their unprofessional system.
Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping in a sauna!
