Amazing location to dental clinic I was attending, rooms cleaned every day.
Hotel staff amazing always on hand to help especially Ahmed who made me take away coffee for my transfer, Hasan asb and the beautiful huda who’s English is amazing.
Restaurant on 6th floor which I attended few nights as travelling alone staff also very cheery and friendly.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The food was great, and the gym and spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant team were fantastic and always available if you needed anything. I had a variety of food and I was not disappointed. The buffet breakfast takes a bit of getting used to, but for a small extra cost you can order an omelette, which is worth it. I would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

I had a great stay, amazing rooms, delicious food and friendly staff that are happy to help. At reception Ahmed took me and my friend to a shop to find what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Midmar Deluxe Hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleaning service was terrible — they didn’t even bother to wash the cups in our room after the first night, and everything felt neglected.
The shower was broken, and we had to wait two full days before someone finally came to repair it. Even worse, the sink was blocked, and when I discovered the problem late at night, no one was available to help, so I had to clean and repair it myself just to use it.
This is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel, especially one claiming to be 4 stars. There’s a serious lack of management and attention to guests.
🚫 I strongly advise people not to stay at this hotel. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff simply don’t care about their guests’ comfort.

I stayed at Midmar Deluxe Hotel and it was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. They claim to be a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it doesn’t even reach the level of a decent guesthouse.
I booked two weeks in advance for a room with a courtyard view, but when I arrived, they gave me what looked like a storage room or depot. The “courtyard view” was actually a fake window built inside the wall — nothing but a trick to mislead guests.
The AC didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and there wasn’t even a single tissue in the room. They never changed our towels, and on the first night, we had to sleep without blankets because we arrived late (2 a.m.).
Everything about this hotel feels dishonest and careless. They use fake descriptions and pretend to offer comfort and luxury, but the reality is far from it.
⚠️ I strongly warn anyone thinking of booking here — don’t waste your money or your time. There are many better options in Istanbul where you’ll actually get what you pay for.

The first night was windowless and stuffy. Then we had to change rooms and pay 90 euros. Normally, renting a windowless room is forbidden in Turkey.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and full of flavor.
Everything was well organized, and we felt safe and truly relaxed throughout our stay. It's a warm and peaceful place, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

We had the best experience here, couldn’t have expected more. All the staff including Ahmed, Huda, Barbados, Denize and the rest of them including the cleaning crew all provided us with top notch customer service. They were very friendly, they always walked an extra mile to make us feel comfortable. It truly felt like a family. Our stay went by so quickly here mainly bc of how comfortable we felt and how we were treated. They always went above and beyond to make our stay feel more welcome. Haven’t had this kind of experience beforee. Must visit!

Booked into the Midmar for 5 nights. Ahmed greeted us with a friendly smile. Ahmed was very professional looking after our needs. I asked Ahmed for a quiet room. He upgraded us to a suit. The suit room was very quiet. It had a 5 ft and a 3 ft bed. It also had a big bathroom with a normal shower and a jacuzzi shower and bath. The breakfast was also very good. This hotel is well worth a visit.
