Qua Hotel in Istanbul

The location is far from services and transportation

There's just no way this is a 5 star hotel, the rooms are horrible, the service was somewhat manageable, the night supervisor is clueless when it's comes to problem solving. We had to change rooms 4 times, 1st time we could feel the bed springs pop out, 2nd time we found 2 big cockroaches in the same day, 3rd time was again an awful bed and no handle on the window to open it. All this and all they could offer was free breakfast... Knowing breakfast would turn out to taste the way it did, I never would've accepted... Stay away from that hotel

I would rate this place as 0 but there is no option. Unfortunately our flight with Turkish Airlines had been delayed and this hotel was used for transfer passengers (not chosen by ourselves). It is worse than 1 star. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses are sunken with springs coming out and the attitude of the hotel staff absolutely stinks.

There is no way it is a 5 star hotel. Avoid this so called hotel at all costs!

So.. it’s horrible! Was taken here by Turkish airlines.. definitely not my choice! special thanks to them(Turkish airlines) for breaking our plans screwed end of our vacation and taking our in the horrible “5star” hotel.. 5 star it’s a joke!!! People who know what I mean will definitely understand me! Everywhere smells smoke from cigarettes when you just got in and that’s crazy! In restaurant food isn’t good.. and looks like every second one is smoking! Smoke everywhere. Even in the restaurant. Dirty rooms.. slow service… so I would never stop here!! Needs renovation to call themselves 5star!!!
Avoid if you are non smoking family with small kids… I’m NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Some pics..
