I stayed in this hotel recently and I have several impressions. First, I want to praise the extremely friendly staff who are always ready to help. However, I had an unpleasant experience when one morning I found that there was no water in the bathroom. Although this was an unplanned issue, I would like to note that the hotel took quick steps to resolve the situation. Considering the pleasantness of the staff and their willingness to deal with problems, I would still recommend this hotel

Stayed in "Mayi," that's what Qua Hotel name is (not sure if it before or after name).
The hotel is not up to 5 stars, definitely 3 stars ✨️. Rooms can be defined as clean (if you are picky, you will definitely find something). Service is OK but not more. Overall, will I stay again? Yes, should I expect more? No. ..... 3 🌟

In a very hot day the restaurant was in a close place, with no AC, no ventilation so, it was like a sauna. You couldn't stay more than 15 minutes with the kids. The food is a mess, mashed potatoes from the powder package. The soup was good.

I didn't feel that I was in a five star hotel. It was "ok" but not the best. There were some stains on the carpet and the table that could be cleaned. The bathroom was spotless and bed was very comfortable and nice.
