The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard.
The location is excellent — close to many key attractions and with easy access to public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Every morning started with a smile thanks to the lovely team serving in the breakfast area.
Overall, everything was just right — from the quality of the service to the cleanliness, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Sembol to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!
Rooms are clean and some housekeepers stop by every day. However, people here are smoking everywhere!! If you can’t handle the smell of smoking don’t even think about booking here! also, people from everywhere use this location as a hub for their goods!! There are always too many boxes and luggage in the lobby and people packing their goods to ship them to their countries! Sometimes you can’t even find a spot where to step!!
Breakfast is fabulous!! It’s on the fifth floor on a terrace and the view is nice like a fishing harbor or something. An overall pleasant place to stay!!
The price can be said to be ok.
The rooms do not lock very well, the sheets and towels do not smell as if they were washed...
I recomend this hotel if you are there only to sleep, the rooms are very small, you can just sleep and go on...
