Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back.
The hotel has a modern, elegant design and feels very comfortable from the moment you arrive. My room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed — fresh towels, good Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed with a nice city view.
The reception staff were excellent, always polite and ready to help with anything — from directions to arranging transportation. Their warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. 🙌
The spa facilities were definitely a highlight — I loved the Turkish bath and sauna, which were spotless and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. 🧖♀️✨
The location in Fatih is great for sightseeing, with easy access to the metro and tram. Breakfast was simple but fresh — a nice start to the day.

Mr. Khalil is very helpful and speaks Arabic and Turkish.
It's very close to bus stations and it only takes you 6-7 min on feet from there to Aksaray Metro station.
It's a safe place to stay in at a cheap price compared to the value.
From man who looked like the owner to reception.
Rooms were dirty, no pillow covers, no duvet covers, only 2 towels in a 3 sleeper room, provided kettle but nothing else, bathroom was filthy, need to shower with sandles that filthy, hand shower was broken.
Room was not cleaned for the 4 days were there.
Please make sure you get the price in writing when you check in because in the end they ask for more.
I will never stay here nor recommend it to anyone else
