Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 2-10 minute walk from each of them

Very clean hotel, stylish and friendly staff. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Gym could be better but if you only jmneed a treadmill and dumbells you'll be fine.

The room comprised of 2 single beds, and a separate room with a queen bed. The room was extremely clean and was stocked with all toiletries you would require. The AC and heating worked perfectly

It is a 3-minute walk from the Gulhane tram stop which is the T1 tram. This can take you all the way to Kabatas where you can connect to the funicular which takes you to Taksim square

Breakfast had limited options but everything was fresh and tasty. Room service menu also had good options and was very affordable

We booked a hotel for one night for a transit stop from Esenler Bus Station. The location was excellent: close to the train station and the metro. Breakfast was complimentary and substantial.

Besides, you have shopping centres around on a 5 minutes walking distance, the metrobus is also nearby if you wish to go around. However, you can order a taxi from the reception. The room service is fast and correct

However, the soundproofing in the hallway is poor; you can hear everything. But overall, it didn't bother me too much. The food is good and varied, with plenty of choices

What we didn’t like so much: We were excited about the so called “spa” included, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a spa. It’s a freezing cold plunge pool, with a STINKY sauna and steam room

Great location near restaurants, tram stop and shops. All the main attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc) are walking distance away

It was convenient to have a fridge (but careful as things already in the fridge cost money if consumed) and the room was made daily. The breakfast was good as well as there were lots of options and generally good tasting

We also had an issue with ordering a taxi through the hotel, as they booked us a taxi to the wrong airport. It’s a good price but I would just make it very clear which airport you need to go to with the hotel

Overall: I would recommend to stay here for the cleanliness, and good location to shops, public transport and big attractions. The breakfast was also convenient and tasty!

The hotel is close to Galataport, Karakoy markets and restaurants, and offers easy access to tourist areas (near the tram and Karakoy station).

Very convenient for those taking cruiseship or disembarking from Istanbul

This hotel is situated on a very busy road across the road from the ferry terminal, so it is noisy if you are on that side, bonus of being on that side though is that you get a view if you are high enough up so ask for a high room

Then when I returned after my tour both my friend and I were put in totally different rooms which had no smell, were fresh and much bigger - friend even had a balcony with a view of the ferry terminal

My first 3 nights the rooms smelt with an old stale smell, like the carpets needed cleaning and the rooms were very small, not enough room to lay flat my hard shell suitcase on the floor

The hotel is very well located. Many beautiful places, such as the Grand Bazaar, were easily accessible on foot. The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was excellent and efficient, always friendly and accommodating

Quiet for the area (the historic center is full of mosques), plus they tone down the evening prayers. We checked in 5 o'clock early for €40, which was a great option. Breakfast was excellent with a view of the Bosphorus
