The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room great with amazing view. The bed mattress was the best. We used also the spa and it was refreshing. We had lunch once, which was average

I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed

Perfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Palace etc, right were bazaars. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more

The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul. Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch

That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel! Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it

The staff was wonderful, hotel lovely and centrally located, and the terrace restaurant offers a spectacular view. Rooms are small and not special, but clean and comfortable

As I am travelling in the summer, I was looking for good air conditioning and quiet rooms in Istanbul as I had seen some bad reviews with other hotels

Don’t buy the travelcard at the hotel (followed another traveller’s advice); you can just tap in using a credit card at most pub transport stations

Stayed for 2 nights, it's very close to Terminal 1. The room was clean, and having an elevator made going up and down very convenient.

But considering European side it’s very good, clean and great hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel itself is greatly build. Big beds and comfortable sleep

The hotel is new and very cost-effective, it was a joy knowing this place.

It's good location; nice staff but at time of booking it's not mentioned that it has no ac : due to warm weather we have to open windows and as all street have hotels so loud noise we didn't get good sleep

we asked for fan but they didn't provide , also they joined to single mattress together to make it queen bed and the socket for phone charging was in middle of bed with no table Complementary breakfast was good Overall it was okay

The location was excellent, with quick access to Taksim Square and the metro. Cleanliness was average (the duvet was not changed that day and had a large dirty stain). The room did not match the photos

I acknowledge that it's the best luxury hotel in Istanbul. There was a minor service issue, but it was resolved very well, which is understandable given that they are a luxury hotel aiming to excel. Recommended.

The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and the services offered by Mandarin Oriental are impeccable and of top quality.

This surpasses the Four Seasons, Ciragan Kempinski, Soho House, Shangri-La, Raffles… it’s just the best choice as no hotel comes close

The shower button on the shower equipment is hard to press.

As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful sunrise over the Strait! The room is spacious and luxurious, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the Strait in both the living room and the bedroom

I had a great stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in Ataşehir. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout—from the rooms to the common areas—everything was spotless and well-maintained

Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours

Very good. The hotel isn't big, but it's very nice. There's a small supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The hygiene, environment, and service are all good. Recommended.

Phoenix Chinese Restaurant is a 6-minute taxi ride away, and the journey to the airport takes about 20 minutes without traffic and about 45 minutes with traffic

It is a very comfortable and nice hotel. It is situated in a good place, near the metro station.

Great stay ,got a free room upgrade by ozgur who was great throughout our 8 days ,pool area could do with a make over and the second lift was out of order throughout the whole stay which at breakfast time was very frustrating as it never got to the 5th floor, but overall a great stay

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the metro, which is great! It's also within walking distance of the Suleymaniye Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and even the Eminonu Pier. The location is very convenient

The room was very small, absolutely tiny! Other downsides: there weren't even any bottles of water in the room; the minibar was empty; and the kettle was dirty!!! Someone from the previous guests had brewed coffee directly in the kettle

The breakfast is very diverse. The hotel staff are very helpful

And no one cleaned the kettle after the previous guests! Overall, the hotel is old. And sometimes you had to wait a really long time for the elevator. The breakfast is more or less okay, but it's the same every day

First class Hotel, 5 minutes walk to Sabiha Gökçen Airport's main entrance. Excellent food at the restaurant and reasonably priced. This Hotel alone makes arriving or departing from Sabiha Gökçen worthwhile.

Everything was just fine, continental breakfast was served well, no issues at all. Good hotel for its money

This is the only hotel that you need to consider to stay while in Istanbul. The staffs are really genuine and ready to help here. gokhan who was more than happy to assist with everything we asked for

Decent Gym / Fitness Room with an Air Purifier, newer equipment, missing an upright stationary bike. At least 3 Air Purifiers were observed in the Lobby area, I hope they were operational

Her massage skills are powerful, precise, and perfectly on point you can really feel her expertise in every movement. Even her voice is soft and relaxing, which made the whole experience even more calming

The room was small, and the transportation wasn't very convenient.

Although I couldn’t try the breakfast this time, from what I saw it looked rich in variety and very tasty. It’s truly rare to find a hotel in Istanbul that is operated with such care and attention

It is approximately 15-18 km from downtown Istanbul. To reach city center need approx 40 min with taxi due to heavy traffic. Breakfast is very good and rich. Staff is professional and polite

My husband and I came to visit our daughter in law who live nearby. It is a great little neighborhood of many wholesale clothing stores! The service at the hotel was excellent and the room very comfortable.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights visiting Istanbul as a tourist with my son. The hotel is located not far from the Essenler Otogar which is very convenient for those who travel by coaches

We were not accommodated, we only had lunch here, but repeatedly. Excellent, diverse, fresh food and great service. We also had the joy of hearing staff from Romania, who were doing an extraordinary job here

The hotel is very nice with clean and spacious rooms. The location is great and near to Cavahir Mall, metro, and all needed services. Staff is really friendly and helpful especially the receptionist, Rola

The head waiter and the chef who was in front very kind and professional, helped us with details about the food and with recommendations

The shower could be improved, the bathtub drain is clogged, the shampoo is of poor quality, there is no shower gel, the TV is small and the internet is yotobe etc. There is no TV either…

Room was not what picture on website showed. Location was excellent. Price too high for offered room. Breakfast very good and many choices. Staff and personnel very friendly and helpful.

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service

Staying in a lovely hotel is fabulous but what makes the experience equally as fabulous and makes you miss home less, and enjoy your stay more, is the wonderful service you receive when you are there

Turbot and all the breakfast staff are also very sweet and can make you special requests if you wish for something not in the buffet. Highly recommend and very clean also

Standard room, with gel, shampoo, balm, and soap included. Water and tea are also provided. There are three shopping malls and a metro station nearby. A taxi to the airport costs 2000 Lira

The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything your neighbors are doing

They will help you out in every aspect! They even catered to the room when I couldn’t since I had surgery

The hotel offered delicious food, high standard of house keeping and good wifi. We were welcomed by Melek upon arrival who helped us settle in and she was a call away if we needed anything at all

Was there just one night, but it was a pleasant. Valet car parking, so no need to worry about that. Fine room sound proofing. Decent breakfast. Can't find any significant flaws, it was good.

5 mins walk from hotel is quiet shopping mall but at top level theres food court selling kebabs, popeyes, kebabs, rice with mixed dishes (locantasi)

The staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. The only issue is when booking the UBER, the location sucks and drivers cannot stop at the main road right by the entrance door. They had to stop farther.
