No problems with sun loungers at the beach, rather busy at the swimming pool (particularly during weekends). There is a very convenient underground crossing to get to the beach

Busses go to city centre right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend the spa with hammam and massage. Also a fantastic photographer on site

It's a pity that the water in the sea is not the most transparent and warm, probably because of a small mountain river flowing into it

5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming

I would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services during your stay! The hotel staff, from reception to restaurant teams, were always smiling, helpful, and efficient

The view is very pretty from the bar and the pool. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful.

It's an all-inclusive hotel, so food and drinks are free, which is great, but some of the food and drink options could have been slightly better. Also, we wish there were more sunbeds

The hotel was located in the most beautiful location, overseeing the ocean and the city. We loved the Turkish food, it was very authentic and the staff were so thoughtful and lovely, we felt right at home

After we checked in we were told the hotel ordered us some food as they thought we would be hungry after a whole day of travelling… it got even better from then on! We had a room with an amazing view, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a view! The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, no need for the shuttle unless you struggle with walking up or down a steep hill

Sanny Hill is a very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone. The morning shift workers were especially kind and provided excellent service. Especially ENES, MAHMUT, MUSTAFA, KÜÇÜK ENİŞTE, and İBRAHİM. Thank you all!!!

The biggest plus of the hotel is the Turkish bath directly in the hotel with the possibility of various programs and massages

The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars. The rooms are very small for the summer resort and doors slam all the time. I would recommend taking ear plugs

Really good hotel. I was dropped off and given the wrong luggage. I lost everything. Yusseff sat me down, told me not to worry and got on the phone. 10 minutes later my luggage turned up. Outstanding.

Not really sure what to expect but nothing exciting. Staff member was a little too friendly with me but understanding of my mum's mobility issues. - cocktail menu for all inclusive was limited to 5 cocktails

- Lots of cats that are well looked after - Good space room, lovely balcony overlooking the beach - on site hairdresser and fitness suite - didn't use, fitness suite looked fairly small but option was there

- Could have had classes, tai chi and yoga but nothing communal. Had a games room but was always dark and nothing going on, tucked underneath the building and no announcements for activities

- ala carte restaurant closed. Snack restaurant was more for children / basic food rather than snacks. - no coffee or tea in rooms but there was a kettle & signs to say no food in rooms

- Abundance of ashtrays but no designated area for smokers, meant that non smokers were surrounded by cigarette smoke all over the resort. - Spa treatment was a bit underwhelming

Just a shame that the hotel owners (and others in the area we were told) co-operate with the leather goods company which doesn't seem to be all that reputable

Good cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The spa offers a variety of programs. The masseuses are Turkish; some are good, but the Balinese ones are better. One masseuse was a first-timer

The rooms and the hotel itself need renovation; they're not modern, but they've been built in the 1980s. It's obvious the wooden windows are constantly being painted. You have to open the elevator door yourself

No hot water in bathroom 90% of the time. The breakfast buffet is very limited and doesn't offer water - you have to buy. The rooms are very small and in need of renovation (too small for an extra bed)

100% worth the money. Silent, cheap place to sleep near the beach with conditioner. Cleanness is not on the top, but at least towels are changed every day. Breakfast is boring but standard.

The transfer that I ultimately chose did not have the option of paying by card, but here it can be accepted due to its significantly lower price

There was a pool on the rooftop, and there was also a bar there. Breakfast was great in the morning, and you wouldn't leave hungry. There was a small water park nearby

Good breakfast! Only the internet didn't work ok because some cables were being changed during the period when I was accommodated, but I think that in the summer months everything will be fixed!

Everything is in walking distance shops, mini supermarket, beach is across the road but please be careful NOT to send your children across that road by themselves, they just honk, you also need water socks for the beach as the sand is like lava in August, overall I’m very pleased with the service I received at this hotel

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

There are a few shops for gifts and clothes etc but nothing like Marmaris where it is very busy. It was perfect for what we wanted and we have had a lovely week. We leave tmro and will be sad to go

There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it

Good points are it’s really clean, rooms are really big and there is always something on to do during the days and nights. The evening entertainment is really quite good and we had a good time

Bad points are the food in the main restaurant is hit and miss but I always found something to eat. It gets really busy and some guests can be quite rude but that’s not the hotels fault

Since the hotel had two pools and sunbeds at the beach there were no war over sunbeds in the morning i usually came to the pool around 9 and it was often completely empty

Friends, this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've ever stayed at! But you should be aware that this isn't a 5-star hotel with a huge grounds, dozens of activities, and 20 swimming pools

Maybe how to pool area is layed located on the western side of the hotel which puts it in the shadow until about 12. But nothing to complain about since the low price

The buffet is pretty much the same every day. The swimming pool area is too small for the number of residents (you can use the free shuttle bus to the beach as a compensation). You have to be lucky to stay connected

Ok hotel. Needs a few no smoking tables. People smoke everywhere and both kids and non smoking adults have to sit in the smoke both when eating and when sitting at pool. Kind staff, rooms are ok. Food is really nice!
