The food is amazing the rooms are clean and tidy the staff are responsive the atmosphere all in all is perfect truly speaking, they speak Turkish but just translate they are cooperative
don’t listen to the bad reviews I was anxious because of them too but no it’s the best hotel ever, they pamper their customers go there and relax
The rooms are nice, the location is good too, but the service, ughhhh!!!!!!
Wifi is paid there, $2 per device per day, which is strange! And they dont mention its not per device so if you need to connect your phone and laptop you need to pay $4 per day.
The staff are not clear and direct with their communication, it was strange and a lot of nationalities commented. We were a group of 15 people from 10 different nationalities and the staff was rude to everyone.
They dont speak English so you would struggle to communicate.
One of the rooms had ants, they sent a cleaner to spray the room, then he said its okay to sleep on the beds like that. The bungalows were not well ventilated, this was an issue too, the breakfast was a struggle as there are not a lot of options.. they also put food that was made 2 and 3 days ago!
They don’t open the AC in the lobby or in the restaurant even though it was super hot weather, they are cutting costs somehow!
The staff do not smile or greet you, they are not welcoming at all!
I totally do not recommend their place, with the same value you can have a bette place with better facilities.
1. The air conditioner temperature cannot be controlled. It was too cool in the room.
2. Bad smell in the bathroom.
3. The safe is chargeable .

2. Going to the beach about 200 m there is no sidewalk. So, you have to walk on road.
3. In the beach bar free just water and tea.
4. food could be more varied.

1. Workers are very friendly and polite, just one guy in reception, his worked in an evenings, was angry and not friendly.
2. Nice and good pool.
3. Nice beach.
4. Easy to reach city center.
