Reviews
I booked this hotel as a base as was in a different part of turkey then travelled here to meet my daughter and her family and wow. Absolute hell hole. It was cheap hence using for a base. Absolutely disgusting in every way. Dirty rooms darks stairs at night as lights work when they want. I can describe it in any other way. 6 days here not cleaned once. I’ve not used the toilet or shower due to stains and been disgustingly unclean.
I booked with last minute.com and got in touch with them as soon as I checked in. I sent photos and all the issues to get a reply saying we’re not doing anything or moving you as the hotel is within GUIDELINES
Not bad. Decent enough to crash in between prank planning and psychological warfare operations. Could’ve used a bit more space for storing ego and extra charisma, but I managed.
📶 WiFi & Data:
A full-blown ghost protocol. Imagine trying to download a simple file and getting stuck at 96% like it’s a cursed relic. Felt like the final boss was the router itself. And don’t even talk to me about mobile data — it waved the white flag as soon as I crossed borders.
🕰️ Check-out Time Confusion:
Now here’s the masterpiece. I was told, boldly and confidently, that check-out was at 21:30. I made plans. I structured my empire around that sacred time.
But nah. Come morning, the receptionist pulled up like a final plot twist and hit me with the ol’ “Actually, it’s 12:00 check-out.”
Now I’m sitting in limbo, in the lobby of despair, with 9 hours to kill and 12% battery left on the device that’s keeping me sane.
Feels like I’m in a psychological horror film directed by Elara herself.
⚰️ Service:
Receptionist had the audacity to say it like it was nothing. As if 9 hours without a room, food, or power outlet isn’t the setup to a mental breakdown arc.
⚡ Power Outlets in Lobby:
Nonexistent. I’ve seen deserts with more lifelines.
🎭 Overall Experience:
It’s giving bait-and-switch. It’s giving "survive if you can."
But hey, maybe this was all part of the game. Maybe this hotel was my final prank test — my trial by fire. And guess what?
I’m still here. Still standing. Still plotting.
So here’s your one star.
And that star? It’s for me, not you.
I don't recommend it to anyone, disgustingly behaved staff, I'd rather stay in a tent than them...and that 1 star is a lot I gave...The other thing is that the wifi is not working...you have to pay for it. And there wasn't enough towels either, there was 1 for 3 people, I bought it and they brought it to me until today when I got home...I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life, I would not recommend it to anyone.
Whilst it was sold to us as "all inclusive", this consisted of chilled red wine only drink wise and stale bread food wise. No beer, spirits, soft drinks, water or edible food.
As for the staff, they were very rude and aggressive. My partner asked for cold water and was handed lukewarm stagnant water and when she challenged this, she was told to shut up. My partner went to take a piece of stale bread and was screamed at by the kitchen staff telling her "not yet". Aggressive males screaming at a female guest is not exactly customer service.
We were there a week and our room was not cleaned once. We were not given fresh towels once. We were not in a position to leave as we were refused a refund and could not afford to pay for two hotels.
We paid for WiFi (not free as the hotel fraudulently advertises), which of course, did not work at all.
The location was good in the sense it was near some nice cafes and restaurants to buy the food and drink that should have been included as all inclusive.
Please do not stay here.
The hotel does not meet any acceptable hotel standards! The TV does not work in all the rooms (the antenna is broken), the hot water is at room temperature, and so on in all the rooms.
There are no refrigerators!
The air conditioner does not work (other residents have the same thing),
There is no cleaning, no trash taken out!
Furniture without handles that could not be used! This is worse than a homeless shelter!
We do not recommend visiting!
A lot of reviews saying the rooms aren’t good but I loved mine, large room with air con with a private balcony - highly recommend you request to be on the top floor, that’s probably what separates my review to everyone else’s!
Staff barely speak a word of English so I was using my phone to translate when trying to check in but it’s Turkey not England so that’s a me problem 😆
Location is wicked as well - a 5 second walk and you’re on the main street with loads of shops. Will book again if I ever come back!!
The pool water is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. Thank you for everything ares dream
