We had a mixed stay at this hotel. The first room was unfortunately in dire need of renovation; it was dirty, old, and very noisy, especially near the reception or the bar. After moving to another room, it was slightly better, but still in dire need of renovation. Music blasted throughout the day. At times, we thought we were at Ballermann. The food was good, but often lukewarm. The service staff in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the pillows in the room were extremely uncomfortable, almost like stones. The hotel manager was very friendly, but the reception staff could definitely use some training, as some employees were rude and fussy. The beach area was a disaster, far too small and poorly organized. It would be better to separate smokers and non-smokers. The buffet was disappointing, simply served on a small table and had nothing to do with a real buffet. On the positive side, the very friendly and competent staff on the beach were also worth mentioning. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

I would like to mention the parking problem right away, as there is no parking lot and it is very difficult to find a parking space in the surrounding area. The beach is very far away, they told us 350 meters away, but it is 600 meters away, right next to the beach and the public beach. Since we were there on crowded days, we could not find a place to swim in the sea.. a bar or service area on the beach. No, it is in the cabins at certain hours. The shower area of ​​the beach is open in the area where people pass by in the market, it could be closed around it, unfortunately it is very disturbing while you are getting rid of the salt. We wanted to spend time in the pool, but unfortunately you cannot do that because they take in more people than the capacity, you can never find a place, the pool is very crowded. .the sun loungers are very close together so you can lie down eye to eye with the person next to you. The music does not stop by the pool all day long and is played loudly, it is not an area where you can relax very much. It looks like a family hotel, but it is not exactly like that. In fact, if you have a small child, you may have to explain the scenes they witness because the area in the pool is small. :) We had a hard time explaining why the sisters who sunbathe without a base do so. Even when buying food, you have to stand with your plate in your hand. Unfortunately, the dining area is very, very small. The positive aspects are that repetitive dances are performed for the children every day for half an hour in the evenings, but it is satisfactory for the children. .animation shows were generally of good quality. The food variety is successful, there are definitely foods that appeal to everyone, and there was no food that I found tasteless. The meat etc. ***The meat was of good quality. The cleaning staff works hard, my room was cleaned every day, down to the metal banisters on the balcony. Someone is always cleaning somewhere, I felt very comfortable in the hotel, it gives me a lot of confidence in this regard. The service staff was very fast and qualified, everyone knows how to do their job. The animators do not overwhelm you to entertain you like in other hotels, they are friendly and sympathetic as well as cautious. But unfortunately, it is not a place I would choose for my next holiday, unfortunately the beaches with pools make you experience quite an adventure :)

+Very nice and friendly staff
Cons:
-Everything is AIMED TO DEUTCH - morning broadcast, evening program, animations for kids
-WiFi isnt working properly, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, also it's very slow, avg. about 10kB dl / 5kB up
-Bed sheet wasn't changed within 11days of stay
-Very bad placed air conditioning in room, blows cold wind directly to bad, perfect reciepe for illness
-A lot of rooms have bad balcony view
-Orange juice , ice cream and cocktails are CHARGEABLE in ALL INCLUSIVE
-Animation is ABSOLUTELY POOR - every day same stuff (rum zum zum, water polo, darts, volleyball, raffle)
-Beach isn't very clean
-For someone hotel beach might be too far away, tho it's like 400m

This hotel and it's services are for people that don't expect much.
