This hotel is completely focused on Russian tourists. Staff address you in Russian by default, even if you are clearly not Russian. Around the pool, unbearably loud music is played all day long – mostly Russian songs. What shocked me most is that in today’s context of Russia’s war against Ukraine, they even blasted Russian propaganda songs like “Matushka Zemlya” and “Ya Russkiy”. Hearing such music felt deeply offensive and completely inappropriate in 2025. On top of that, the behavior of the restaurant administrator was beyond disrespectful. During dinner, when there were no free tables in the restaurant, I sat down at a nearby table outside to quietly eat. While I was eating, the administrator came up, took my plate away from me without a word, and carried it off. Apparently, eating at that table was “forbidden” – but nobody had told me. When I explained that there were no seats available inside, he refused to listen and walked away. I was left shocked, humiliated, and without dinner. It is outrageous that a person like this is employed in a customer-facing role. Such treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be international. If you are from Lithuania or anywhere else in Europe, avoid this hotel at all costs. It is not a place for civilized travelers.

Avoid at all cost, there is no cleaning going on here just seeeping up and fresh towels, made me and my daughter very ill, twice tried to get the room disinfected after vomit all over, cleaner turned up with a sweeping brush. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the overall standard are horrendous. The water slides are decent tho. Be prepared for a 3 am wake up call from local mosc

Awful and unhealthy made me sick all night rooms are never properly clean wouldn’t recommend at all it was a disappointment along with some rude staff and the waterslides not too great ended up in injury and the food was bad I couldn’t eat anything at the place at all

A very unpleasant experience and this is not 4 stars or 3 (but an ordinary city hotel, it’s a pity that we didn’t know about it right away)! If someone has previously vacationed in 4 or 5, you are unlikely to be able to stay here. We vacationed with our daughter (6 years old) at the end of June - beginning of July. Unfortunately, the holiday was ruined at the time of arrival by the strange policy of the hotel or its administrators. Upon arrival on June 27. The administrator met us and said that we would soon be shown to our room (we had already had lunch). The first room we were shown to was on the 4th floor (no elevator!) not in the main building and it was literally in the attic, with a sloping ceiling!, 10 meters at most, with old lacquered furniture, dusty, stuffy, no water. After my refusal and generally not understanding what was happening, Irina (a warm greeting to her for the excursion with things in plus 36 throughout the territory) clarified that we have an economy room, although we paid for a standard 22 sq.m. with two beds, but there is the voucher is marked Promo, which is considered economy for them! And then she gave us a room in the basement! The assistant took us to a separate building, literally in the basement with a window into the corridor, and explained that this was our room (also extremely small in size)! When I refused, Irina said that she would definitely help us now and put us in an even smaller room on the first floor with a balcony directly into the hotel parking lot, mosquitoes, mold and water leaking from the shower tray. All this was accompanied by an offer to pay me an extra 5 euros per person per day and then I would have a normal room!!!!!! (For those who write: guys, don’t show off your promo, well, you can probably sleep in the basement... how crazy, I’ve never seen anything like this in any hotel). The situation was saved by a complaint to Pegasus and guide Asel, thanks to which we were moved 2 days later to the room that we had originally paid for. There were no apologies, but before the relocation, they quite rudely demanded that I explain in Turkish what I wanted and where to move me from the 2nd Adm., it seems Mahmud (I could be wrong)! The hotel itself is far from new; at the standard that we checked in, the shower was not in the best shape, but it didn’t matter. The pool is quite decent. It's not far from the sea, the bus runs on schedule, the beach is excellent. Important! The information that the beach is 1 km away is not entirely correct. 1 km to the public beach, to the hotel beach about 10 minutes by bus. Naturally, they won’t let you into someone else’s beach. I can’t say that the food is bad, there’s a lot of it. But it's definitely not a 4. in short: pasta, rice, potatoes some/no chicken, fish was 2 times, vegetables with and without mayonnaise plus sweets of all colors plus/minus for one taste, coffee is just instant... and it’s terrible, some kind of drink chemistry, you have to ask for water in your room all the time. I haven’t seen the abundance of fruits that they write about (oranges, bananas, cherries, sometimes watermelon). The breakfasts were quite good. The downside of the restaurant is that there is air conditioning only at the beginning of the room; further on it is difficult and stuffy to sit. There was animation, quite normal. There is no children's club. For very young children, a tiny playpen with balls (that’s all).
