We come here 15 September and it's first time we come to terrace elite resort. Everything is fantastic the staff of this hotel is great. The food is good , the rooms beautiful and clean reception they have good work

But best of all are the entertainment team who have made the holiday for us even though we don't usually join in. They have encouraged us to take part in activities which has made us engage with other guests

Some people on this site in my opinion just expect to much. Me and my partner came here for 7 nights and after reading what some people we're putting on here we almost didn't bother going

I liked it was very good hotel and the service excellent services and in the hotel the are a sports in the water and in the night the are a show and play games for kids iiiiliked

There is points that I would change such as rude Germans and Russians pushing in front of you for good etc. but they are nothing to do with the hotel and cannot be avoided so that hasn't effected my review of the hotel

We even used the spa facility's during our stay and that was excellent. Honestly, don't worry about reading the negative reviews of this hotel, you really have to go and make up your own minds

In our whole stay at the hotel we only met one member of staff who couldn't speak English which didn't effect our stay in the slightest. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome

Very good experience, food was delicious and personel is very friendly, clean beach is around 10 min walk or accesible by small car provided by hotel. Food and drink on the beach is always very good

Its the perfect location for Side, Antalya Alanya and the massive private beach and inclusive free beach buffet restaurant and bar are fantastic! The hotel and beach annexe have all the facilities you need! Beach is 5 min walk, or 1 min free golf shuttle to the beach

Apreciate the option of lunch on the beach. In the pool and beach area are snack time with traditinal turkish snacks made by traditional way by very nice and friendly older ladies

They are making different fun activities for children and adults. I had meet one of the staff who was very nice and took care of our family , I really enjoyed her company, Sinem your are very helpful and amazing person

Everything was just right for us if you are not extremely choosy or picky at everything with microscope or have severe ocd like a few negative reviewers on here. Rooms cleaned and restocked replenished daily

I really enjoyed this holiday, it is very good for a family holiday. We been here for the first time and we had a lot of fun. The hotel us clean the staff are really approachable and nice

Although the rooms are older (in bungalows), they are very clean and spacious. The entire area of ​​the hotel is clean and beautifully maintained, it has a wonderful garden

U Can choose from many types of food and cakes in the restaurant and beach too. Beach was always tidy, no crowded sunbeds, many shop right out from the hotel, you will be excited if you are shoppaholic like me

I wasn't expecting it to be so clean, but everything was really nice and beautiful. Loved the food, there was no moment to be bored, the animation team did a lot! They really did everything to make you feel good

The rooms are indeed small and the balcony for one of the triple rooms we had was very small, but the other double room had a big terrace as it was located on the last floor

It got a bit warm that room as the weather got hotter but all in all we were ok with the rooms

which we could not stay away from! The beach was clean and not far from the hotel, around 5 minute walk. Cute romantic resting area by the hotel stole out hearts. This was really the best hotel we have visited yet

My stay at Glamour Spa and Resorts Hotel in Antalya had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and proficient in German and Turkish, creating a friendly atmosphere

The hotel is good with a nice beach but room is small and the drainage in the bathroom in banio is bad.

We were invited to my parents in laws 40years of marriage anniversery. I advised them to book nearby Izmir (we have an appertment there). But against my will they booked Terrace Beach Resort

I recommend a great hotel. everything was fine from the room, food, pools, beach and staff. just behind the hotel is mainly a shopping street, so an ideal location. we will come back again

As always we had a great time. We were pleasantly supprised that there was some changes. The area arround the pool is changed and now it is better then it was. The animation team was better then ever

Food is good with great selection, but after some days is the same with no changes and due to this you do not know what to take to eat. Wifi is covered through all hotel including the beach

The hotel is in a very nice place. It is a place where you can go easily in the concept of all inclusive. Food and drinks are delicious. You can easily reach it by car or minibus

The food and the programs were also very varied. the parties were until 11 pm, which was very comfortable for families to relax. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel and clean!

He also promised to get a cocktail in the price but we got a small shot. The drinks were extremely expensive (much higher than here). We enjoyed the night, but I would expect this behavior from someone outside the hotel

Animations team deserve a special praise, they are very fun group, especially Romeo who was amazing with kids, they all loved him so much, Melo, their boss was also very friendly and outgoing, there are plenty of sport activities for you to try, from beach volleyball, boccia, table tennis, table football, water polo, aqua gym, darts, and animation team is always open for suggestions and willing to...

* Good variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) * Internet is not the fastest but it’s available everywhere… in the lobby, pool, room and beach. * People who work there are very kind and want to help

* The animation guy asked the young people to go to a specific night club and he will arrange the transfer and we pay him. When we were in the bus, he changed the destination so we went to a different club

Only gripe was that some people put towels on the sun beds then went off for a day trip and didn’t return

Which around the quiet pool which we favoured could leave us sunbathing in the shady area whilst people were very rudely site seeing with their towels sun bathing. This was mainly the German visitors

The desserts being served for Turkey were top of the range for choice and quality. We also went for the Al a carte dining down by the beach

The lifts only take 4 visitors at a time and the hotel is huge so the cleaners work very hard. One day my friend and I entered the lift with 2 cleaners at the next floor a German man got in and set the alarms off

The shower was the hottest I have ever experienced abroad and very powerful so it made life easier dealing with my long hair. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at every level

The room was a standard room enough for 2 people and the ***et was clean

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip

The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness

Beautiful hotel but a lot of stairs to climb if you can't get in a lift. Also if you can speak German you're in for better service.

Every 3-4 days it has a festival. The rooms aren’t very good but can’t be in your room because you have to be somewhere doing something and every day there cleaning the room. And well almost everyone are german

Had a wonderful stay with my best friend. Nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are served at your table in a quiet area with plenty of space to sit, both inside and outside

The rooms in this hotel are also beautiful and are very clean, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced on a daily basis which is something that is expected from a five star hotel

And the beach restruant serves hot snacks, (freshly made before your eyes), salad,and fresh fruit, and at 3pm lots of tasty cakes and freshly made pancakes

There was a variety of food and drinks(you need to try some baklava it was delicious). One night we had a alacarte dinner and you hava a three options you can choose from: italian,turkish and sea food

A strange window between the bathroom and main room (although had blinds) didnt entirely protect privacy but no issue to us. The only little annoyance for us was that we had 2 singles pushed together and often came apart

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch
