Popped into here everyday after our days out as our own hotel pool and bar area was awful durning the day. Nice staff always polite and attentive. Lovely little place pool area nice great for a cool off in the heat

I stayed at this hotel in June and returned with my daughter in July. Despite our early arrival, at 6:30 am, we were checked in immediately. Late check-out is possible (for a fee, of course)

Nice hotel with exceptional service! The location is great, on a fairly quiet street but still close to the beach and Antik Side. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space

I loved my little balcony with the garden view! The amenities were good: AC worked fine and there is a small fridge in the room, which is always nice to have

But what makes this hotel so special is the service! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests you might have

There is a dolphin beach club: it is not recommended to ride because of the irregular transfer, in the heat it is torture to return on foot

The first information we receive efka call the hotel after booking and the gentleman helped us a lot. did it allow you to get there faster by sending the location from the phone. more bekledgmzden hotel was clear

The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, but they are not very good hygiene when it comes to drinks and food, we also display staff in front of customers to take a hard stance against the business owner was not nice

The manager is a great guy and when you have a problem so you go, talk to him and he will solve it! In the room we had everything that we needed, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, tv, air conditioning and so much more + the room was clean (the clean lady is cleaning everyday!) Everyone here are super friendly and will help you with everything! We also had great food and drinks that were totally worth it...

Lovely small hotel. Large rooms. Very clean. Good location. Close to the beach and to Side Old Town I would thoroughly recommend it.

The next day after breakfast I asked if a hairdryer was available. , I was asked to see the Manager and when I went to see him one was there waiting for me. All my holiday nothing was too much trouble

Didn't like: too little transfer to the beach, no lunch in the sister hotel on the beach - we booked all inclusive!

Also, there’s a lovely lady who makes the best omelet and the most delicious pizza in the world! She is so warm and sweet — an absolute gem. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its staff and cleanliness

I only hope they consider attending a course on assertive communication (especially the man dressed in a very casual manner, yet somehow decides everything — from how much you pay for internet to which floor you’ll be staying on)

We had an amazing stay at Golden Rock Hotel Side. Everything was clean and well kept, the staff were very kind, and watching the sunset here was truly magical. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Golden Rock Hotel Side was a wonderful experience. The rooms and facilities were spotless, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the sunset views were simply unforgettable

Rooms are ok ,cleaned Daily with air con and a tv, food was ok nearly the same every day , the desserts were lovely and the service was good (there is a language barrier for English speakers ) but google translator helps with that

Travelled as a group of 2 adult ladies (cousins) and 2 teenage girls. Room was cleaned daily, we had a family suite which was spacious with a balcony overlooking garden. Air con was fantastic and very necessary

Arrived after a delayed flight to a warm welcome at 2:30am. Having stayed here last year and having an awful time (the hotel was full of awful guests from all over the world) I decided to give it another try

Studio Bedroom had access to balcony, 2 single beds, sofa (I think it was a sofa bed) fridge and was very spacious. Wardrobe with safe was in the hallway along with luggage store

Bedroom 1 had a new large, very comfortable bed, access to balcony and dressing table with drawers and stool, bedside tables with drawers

Updated bathroom with large shower cubicle, large vanity mirror and hairdryer which worked well

Beautiful hotel! It was my first all inclusive trip and it was great. So relaxing but plenty of activities. I used the gym a couple of times which was nice and quiet

Particularly like to highlight service from Genghis in the bar and restaurant who was outstanding and never stopped working! Also Su from the animation team who was lovely and bubbly

2nd time staying at Numa Club Side and I have had an amazing time. Food and activities are great and the animation team are all lovely! They make the stay so much more exciting 👍

The sunbeds did get busy around this pool but there were always plenty in and around the main pool. Great choice of drinks (iced coffee, draught beer, wide cocktail menu and spirits included) and food choices

The kind gentleman at reception and the elegant lady named Melike provided extremely competent advice in choosing our room. Despite ongoing new construction work at the hotel, we were extremely satisfied in every aspect

It's calm, quiet, easily accessible, quite decent, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Every convenience was provided. The agreement with Coppa Beach for access to the sea was a great idea

We spent a lovely week in Side, Hanay Suit hotel. We enjoyed every minute, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good. The staff at the reception is lovely, the cleaning staff is doing a very good job

A special thank you to our favourite waiter Yardal( l am not sure about the spelling), he was the best

I would not recommend to pay extra for food, there are plenty of options in the area offering much better food quality. Overall the hotel is ideal if you're traveling on a budget and looking for a clean basic hotel room

Alternatively you have the option to pay for WiFi in your room (can't confirm how good it is as we didn't get it). The half board dinner was ok but breakfast was particularly underwhelming

The rooms are functional but very tired and desperately in need of a spruce up. The food was okay for the included breakfast but sat out buffet style for 2 hours with flies over it

You need to bring your own soap/shampoo and pay extra for air conditioning. Free WiFi is available in the restaurant so you might get some signal if you have a room with pool view

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, my request for room with a sunny balcony and high floor was arranged. The room was clean & the bed was huge and comfortable. The pool is clean and I was always able to get a sunbed

Wow this hotel is so welcoming from the point we arrived to the point we left. Great service the young lady managing the hotel really knows how to be a host. The pool was unreal very relaxing

Just had a meal on the terrace and all I can say is out of this world. I can't recommend the place enough. The pasta was a delight and the pawns were stunning. Everything was so fresh and tasty

Stayed here 09/10 - 10/10/2025 This cozy little hotel is right on the beach. The hotel is suitable for those who want peace and quiet. You can stay here for 1 - 2 nights as well as a longer stay of a week

A nice place to visit for the day, swim, and have drinks. They make lovely cocktails and their sun lounge area is quieter than Nar beach. The wait staff were great.

Every day they serve a standard  turkish breakfast, and for dinner every night is something different. I liked the variety of food which was offered. The room is very large,  the bed is very comfortable

The hotel is located in a very calm quiet environment, away from the clubs music, and cars traffic. Also the owners of the hotel are very nice and helpful people. I would definitely stay here again

I feel so lucky that I found a place like Erenler hotel. I stayed 1 month in May 2024 and although I am visiting Turkey last 12 years, I have never felt so much at home like at Erenler hotel

firat is a delight and makes time for every person staying unfortunately not many pictures as majority of the time it was raining but that’s of no fault of the hotel, just spring starting with a lovely shower or two…or 10 hahaha

We went for all inclusive, food was good and the hotel is amazing, staff from the hotel they are all very helpful they makes us are really welcome every single day

this year i got my hair cut, washed and styled by the lovely selman who takes great care, myself and my cousin also won a free test massage with him on the bingo and oh my god, go get one! i felt like a new person! he also runs the salon and wellness spa with his brother hasan

Great place has something for everyone staff are very friendly food is great entertainment is fantastic rooms are great clean and housekeeping staff are on hand all day buses come and pick you up outside for trips out beach isn’t to far away too

#AESW Begonville is a nice small hotel. The whole building looks a bit tired, but that is also cozy 😃 They give you the best service and give you time for relax

As I mentioned, it’s old and cozy, but all the building is clean at all time

The rooms were fine and clean, however it is not really self catering. The kitchenette is very limited and extremely minimal. Only one hot ring, no toaster, only 1 pan, 1 frying pan

We enjoyed staying there for one night as a family of 4. We have found everything we expected with a very reasonable price. I would recommend that place to anyone.

If you wanted to cook meals then this is not the self catering appts for you. I would also suggest moving the washing line to within the balcony as the line hangs over and looks very unsightly

Restaurant was good and service excellent! The cook was good service was amazing especially ☀️should get a raise. Working that many hours, really knowing the customers by name, favorite seating and food so fast

Shower was nice and clean (sometimes a bit cold to my taste since i like steamy hot showers). But ok with these temperatures outside. Kitchen was really not well equipped. Airconditioning worked really well

We can definitely recommend the Lemas Suite Hotel. Had a lovely relaxing 10 days there. Smaller hotels have a higher level of service in catering to your needs and staff very friendly

Had a large one bed apartment with a refurbished bathroom. Self catered with some perfect hotel dinners as well. The banquet night food was exceptional, also good live entertainment

Always cheerful and really attentive. Really exceptional! Food and drinks were great, bar, pool and hotel cosy. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly would book again

Also fun was taking the shuttle service to copa beach. Lunch was great and made a nice walk down the beach to old town. Room cleaning was ok but some days not great

If you are coming from the UK it isn't really our cup of tea. The hotel is like living in rented house which hasn't been maintained for years. Please guys we want for the cheap option, but its not worth it

We pay for all inclusive not worth it. Restrictions on drinks with additional charges and food was worst then hospital food. Whatever you use or see its broken or it breaks

The hotel is old and not renovated. Diner from the evening before they served it the next morning. It's not an all inclusive because you can't eat and drink the whole day

I came to this hotel as a guest with my family. We were friends when we leave. Owner Mustafa and his wife were wonderful hosts. We have enjoyed the cuisine several times. Lunch, dinner everything was great

Location is great base and walking distance to everything. This hotel has a sports bar attached to the hotel which is open until 1am and shows all the football games and serves cocktails and food

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality I recently stayed at Oyster boutique hotel in Side, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff, especially Mustafa and Anas

Outdoor area and big screen and indoor seating with various tv showing all the games. The room was basic and has a mini fridge, air conditioning which gets really cold which was great

The rest of the staff were equally impressive, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was the housekeeping team keeping our room impeccably clean or the restaurant staff remembering our preferences after just one visit

His knowledge of the area and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. Enes, who assisted us throughout our time at the hotel, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

Had a lovely family holiday. Pool was clean and warm. My youngest loved the kids club and her teacher Tuce was fantastic and we felt very happy leaving her in her care.

When you arrive at the hotel you think you are in the middle of nowhere, no shops, bars or other restaurants! If you put into google maps - Side harbour, Side Mall you can walk for a couple of Kilometres and find the beautiful harbour with lots of shops, bars and restaurants! We ate out most nights and it was very reasonably priced - we recommend Thyma restaurant in the harbour

He was just fab! He took photos of my little ones with us whilst in the pool capturing those special moments. We booked in for a photo shoot to get some family pics and omg he did not disappoint

The staff were really friendly, the hotel was very clean, breakfast and lunch was lovely. The dinner option was ok, but it was the same every night with a few different meat or fish options

Stayed here for 11 days food was nice but limited some say its in the middle of nowhere we didn't find this at all 5 to 10 mins walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants 15 min walk to beach hotel provide a mini bus to and from beach entertainment is limited but good enjoyed our stay here

We were initially scared after reading the reviews, but it's a great value for money place. Erdal was very attentive, hospitable, and friendly. The pool was very clean and they didn't say anything about you using it

I stayed with my 84 year old mum. Especially Mr Ahmet ( hotel manager) and his wife Ayşe hanım was very very helpful. They even helped me with parking and brought extra blankets when needed

A quiet and pleasant family hotel, Ahmet Bey and Ayşe Hanım are warm and helpful at the reception, the rooms are spacious, clean and airy, close to the sea.

The hotel is cheap and close to the beach. There could be made some improvement like a active ventilation in the bathroom to prevent mold. Also the shower hat didn't fit into the bracket

Little dated room but lovely lady owner was very pleasant and very helpful the beach was 1 minute walk from the hotel apartment and the very cheap supermarket just 5 minutes
