Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone...

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent

If you need something at the bar just ask Osman he’s very nice and helpful 😊

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

The bar has everything you need: beer, vodka, whiskey, gin, crayfish, cola, sprite. It is a bit far from the sea (15-20 minutes on foot), but there is a shuttle service. The hotel has a very pleasant, calm atmosphere

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and beautiful. There is a large TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the room. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry

very boring food everyday the same thing but no one got ill. rooms need TLC and a deep clean in the bathroom especially shower area. a bit out of the way but a few bars around. The corner Bar was my favourite

We are from Russia and booked this hotel from anextour group. me and my family spent good time there. I liked menu, a lot of fresh vegetables, hummus, different types of salads

i didn't like how many guests asked for big portions and finally haven't ate it. Maybe they don't know that in Africa still many people are hungry and eat only once in day

Nice cocktail selection, amazing selection of salads, and breads, Turkish tea, desserts, nice Local food selection, if you have a picky family, you may not like it, but its typical Turkish food and that's what you go away for to try new cultures

On arrival, Love holiday had even managed to mess this part of the booking up by cancelling the rooms of three families in our group, but the hotel manager was amazing and sorted everything out, and found them rooms

What an amazing time we had, we miss it already. They staff are amazing, and very friendly. Great pool with a slide for the kids, a baby pool and play area, entertainment, amazing massage salon

Had an issue with a staff member, but as soon as pointed it out to management they were amazing, couldn't do enough to please us, it shows how important their guests happiness is to them

Went to Side for a holiday as a group of 17, 14 of us stayed here. We had lots of hassle booking via Love holiday, who we won't ever use again

The shops and restaurant next door are so friendly too, it was such a welcoming safe place for our family which was made up of ten children

Coming Altinkum hotel was on of the best choices of me, it is a great place for holiday as we in 2020 covid 19 era, they take care of the customer clean environment, it was great, near the beach ⛱, having delicious food with the sea view

It is close to both the ancient side and the new. Spa personel was very friendly and massages were very good. WiFi is not free (very bad in this age) food is ok, sea and sand is great

The staff were great, friendly and always available to help if needed! Rooms were basic but its a place to sleep and that's it for us, we spent most the holiday out and about, didnt use the pool but it always seemed busy around the pool side

Would definitely go back! The rep for the excursions needs to look into the horse riding that they offer, the horses arent in good shape and its not a good look for the hotel or the company offering excursions

I hope the hotel looks into this as the horse's are skin n bone, no water or food between treks or anything. I trust you would look into this please, if you look into their recent reviews you will see what i mean

Stayed here for a week during September, ideal location as its only a 15min walk to the sea front or a 10euro taxi

Totally quiet afterwards! - great location with dolmus buses going into the old town but also directly to Nova Mall and also to Manavgat. - The pool was ALWAYS clean, even at the end of the day

Very nice and easy going place staff very good nowt to much trouble. just a two minute walk to bars shops. about 6min by the private bus. some rooms just a little TLC but all good

The owner of this hotel was on the news this week, he made a controversial statement "burkinis not welcome" . Hence the recent low points. I've never been in this hotel before, but now I'm thinking of giving a try.

I recommend massages at the spa by Jessie, good energy and great relaxation. Friendly hotel, nice service and delicious food.

Beautifull beach with a full service. Amazing garden, rivers, waterfalls, slides. Great drinks consisted of imported alcohol in inclusive option. I am impressed and can recommend Club Grand Side &Aqua to everyone

Lack of sunbeds at the Club grand side pool. The water attractions were limited in time. Positive feedback: Cleanliness, daily cleaned rooms. Restaurant clean, plenty of staff. Plenty of very good food and drink

We have just finished our vacation in Ozlem Garden. The hotel has a perfect location -less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. You will enjoy the beauty of the Turkish kitchen (the food was excellent) watching the sea

The staff is restless and very polite. The beach is well organized, good sunbeds and umbrellas, enough space. The bungalows are well equiped and maintained. Only the furniture is a bit old but that is irelevant

The hotel has a great location—right on the beach and just a short walk from the center of Side, so you’re close to shops, cafes, and the beautiful old town, but still tucked away in a peaceful spot

The beach area is clean, with plenty of loungers, and it’s just a few steps from the hotel. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming, even for less confident swimmers. And the sunsets? Absolutely beautiful

Don’t expect luxury, but everything is clean and works, and being surrounded by the garden makes it feel cozy and a bit unique compared to standard hotels. The food surprised me in a good way

It’s clear they care about the guests and do their best to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. It’s not a five-star service, but it’s honest, personal, and warm, which honestly felt better

You can free get water and coffee on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very modern,mini bar where your water is topped up every day plus a large bottle for your kettle. Tea coffee sugar and creamer available in your room

You may have issues getting a sun bed on the beach on a morning but if you head down there between 1pm and 3pm you will get a bed no problem Mustaffa who looks after things on the beach is a great guy

We had a few issues the first day, no beach towels available as they had run out but all issues were promptly dealt with by Kadir the Ops manager. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble

Towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaners do a great job. Theres hair/body wash available in the shower. Good selection of drinks available at the bar between 10am and midnight

If you miss lunch then you can grab a burger chips or chicken nuggets between 4pm and 5pm If this hotel lacks in anything its probably the atmosphere on an evening

You certainly wont starve where the food is concerned. Cem and his team do a fantastic job at meal times with plenty of options and variety

Excellent activities available throughout the day and into the night. Professional entertainment at night. Quality is top notch and pls do visit the spa, clean and very welcoming by all staff

Good location close shops near and a market also Rooms are clean however the cleaner not so great. Good atmosphere great holiday and the entertainment team made it even more enjoyable

They are all great and keep everyone busy with games and entertainment shows which run daily

The rooms were cleaned daily and the drinks were restocked in the fridge. The location was also great! There was a market in front of the hotel and the beach was within a walking distance (about 15 minutes on foot)

We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant as the options were endless and something new appeared every day. We were staying there at the beginning of October and it was still hot and felt like peak summer

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well

We really had pleasent stay in Oleander hotel. Staff is really very nice!! Food is great (big choice every day, only for lunch it is more like fast food in the Marin restaurant - fried meals, hamburgers etc)

Despite the 14-day stay, there was nothing to complain about. Eggs of all kinds, fruits, vegetables, yogurts, lecho, meat of all kinds, fish, the most wonderful rice, baked potatoes, quiches, burgers, sometimes seafood…

The staff is very accommodating and the beach and the hotel are clean. The food is delicious and the waiters bring the requested drinks quickly. Definitely recommended for families with children

I have been there 3 times with my family and we were always satisfied. A little extra information: people who have trouble climbing stairs will have no problem in this hotel ;)

Clients and language: There are older clients in this hotel and staff speaks German lang very well. However, basic things they understand in English, so you will get what you need

We were in building FLORA, room type suite and it was newly furnitured, big shower (3 of us in the shower at the same time), enough space for clothes, bedroom really big

On the balcony there were racks for drying clothes – very useful and sometimes missing in other hotels. Towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was not. Some of the replaced towels were not perfectly clean

It takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the ancient town of Side at a brisk walking pace. There are also several bazaars nearby. The hotel has one elevator, but it was never a problem – it works quickly

I came to Antalya Side for the first time and I liked it very much. The hotel was renovated and the food was very good. The price was above performance. I also think that I chose a good hotel

We were on holiday in Sirme from May 8-15 with friends. The main thing is that the rooms are very clean and they clean daily. There are always sun loungers. The food was always delicious

With regard to the hotel, first and foremost, it’s impeccably clean, and the staff are attentive and accommodating, even if language can be a slight barrier; any issues, such as our room being too noisy, were resolved quickly and efficiently

The private beach setup could be better, though. Sunbeds are lined up in tight rows, and, due to the parasols, you're often sitting in shade, which can be frustrating if you're hoping to sunbathe

Also, if you're a non-smoker, you may find it challenging to enjoy the beach area or even the pool and bar, as smoking is common, and there's little relief if someone lights up nearby

The hotel was astonishing more than I anticipated and the hospitality was breathtaking, the service was phenomenal they treated us like we're at home. And everyday we would be looking forward for the breakfast and dinner

This is a small, quieter hotel and nothing like those huge, crowded resorts where you cannot escape from people! Lots of shops and restaurants nearly, plus a market on Saturdays within walking distance

And it tasted outrageously delicious I would be looking forward to be going again

The location is not bad, there is an 24/7 supermarket right across the street a bankametic en around the corner there is RAMANOV a super location to rent cars or do stuff like quads or jeep safari for affodable prices

For the price i payed i didn't expect much of the breakfast the breakfast is a basic standard turkish breakfast. BUT, the dinner is absolute delicious! every evening there is fresh home made cooking

The real fine turkish home cuisine I got a half pension so drinks are not included, i recommend the owner to have drinks included or between some time gaps where you can get refreshing drinks

People are waiting in line to eat, and if you don't wait the 30-45 minutes at the barbecue, you'll either run out of food (every day, grilled chicken) or leave hungry. There's no hand soap or toilet paper in the rooms

" The sewage smell in the kitchen is enough to leave you feeling completely full. Don't come if you don't want to waste your money. We booked for four days and escaped on the second day

" Those who booked the all-inclusive alcohol-based package can only drink if they find something alcoholic for 1-2 hours in the afternoon, otherwise, the inevitable "no more

We are here on holiday in September. It was one of the best holidays. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from stylish rooms to a chic restaurant

The location is within walking distance to both the sea and Kumköy bazaar, cleanliness and order are meticulous, the food is quality and satisfying from Ali master, you are full of food, the appetizers are great, the drinks are the best brands, the fruit juices are in boxes, the service staff Eren and Ali are smiling, they made you feel like family

The rooms were clean, but somewhat impractical (more storage space and closets would have been helpful). The air conditioning worked perfectly

There is an agreement with the public beach, you do not pay for sun loungers and umbrellas. Since the hotel is close to the market, it is very easy to travel around. It has a very calm and peaceful environment

The hotel room consists of two parts, in one part there is a double bed and in the other part there is a single bed and a sofa. There is air conditioning in both parts and it works very well

The beach has wonderful sand and does not get deep immediately. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free. Full family hotel, perfect for families with children. Thank you very much for everything

don't swim on there beach use the left side of the water sports beach as there are very dangerous rocks there be careful on the beach. can't fault the hotel and staff will definitely be coming back

Hotel is directly next to the beach on the nice promenade on which you can walk to Side, what is very nice walk. Food is delicious, a lot of options, always there was plenty of food even if you come later
