Here we are for the third time in our beautiful Aquamarin hotel Side. What can I say, this time too, this hotel and its staff have impressed us, starting from the two super friendly young receptionists who are there every year to the staff at the beach bar and our Orhan who always makes sure that every guest has a sunbed with a mattress. We are accommodated in a renovated room that meets the high criteria...

A hotel that meets European 4* standards. The only negative aspect was that the water coolers on the beach were locked at 5:30 PM

Rooms as you would expect in a 4-star hotel, if I'm honest, they could do with a refurbishment. Staff were brilliant, although only the receptionist spoke English they tried their best to help us. Location was bang in the middle of a very busy road, near to all the shops, pharmacy, 5 min walk to the beach. The food option was ok'ish. All in all, it's not bad. Regular shuttle to the beach and back.

The miniclub was really good. The girl who worked there was so nice and kind to the kids. She did a lot of fun activities with our children and they loved playing with her. The staff on the hotel was very kind to kids! We were there with our 4 kids from the age of 6-13. The older kids played a lot of table tennis!

We have visited this hotel in Oct24 and I would overall consider it as good stay. For rooms: I found the mattress rather hard but that’s up to everyone’s preference, but the rooms were also rather noisy. Similarly to all the reviews written before, I can only confirm that the hotel is exceptionally clean, staff is very friendly and food is delicious. The location is perfect - a short walk to any place you would need during your holidays. Expensive but not deserving the money you spent! Lower middle class hotel experience.. Expensive hotel but experience is almost cheap. Food quality is not the best, however options are fair enough. Pools smells strongly of chlorine. Staff is nice and helpful.

Upon arrival I was a little surprised that no-one guided us to our room as usually the bell boy does but we found it ok so no worries. We had a 2 bedroomed family room with an interconnecting door which was fine, the pillows were a bit too high but once we told the cleaner she changed them for us. Cosy, small budget hotel. Sercice appropriate to the price. Clean, decent food, not crowded. Hello, I would like to point out that I am one of those people who are happy with little and who on vacation avoids complaining about everything. In this case, if I have put aside money for a year, I wanted to take my son to a hotel in Turkey with a slide, etc. So I am told this hotel is rated 10/10 by Neckerman and Booking, but it is absolutely nothing... the staff is friendly, but they are so conditioned...

Stay inside the ancient city of Side Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. This was our first visit to Side Temple Hotel. We were there for 7 days. The location is super close to the beach. The staff was always friendly and always helped us out. It is a very nice small family hotel. You always feel welcome and you are seen as a person and not just as a paying guest. Food is always excellent and there is enough for everyone. Value for money is great, if you book a 3 star hotel you shouldn't compare the comfort with a 5 star hotel. Have been there every year since 2014 and have never been disappointed.

Now it hotel renamed to "Side Nossa hotel". in July 2019 the hotel had a "Soppa beach" 4 km away. Club beach is very far from the hotel. The hotel is cheap and that's why you get minimal services and comfort. Air-conditioned rooms are always a bonus! But the food lacks in quality. Most of it is virtually cold every service. There are far better hotels for a few quid extra. Not the worst hotel but a million miles from being the best. Classed as a three star. More like a two star!

I'm surprised that animation still happens sometimes. What I managed to catch was a magic show and live music. Beach at 10min. accessibility on foot. There is a dolphin beach club: it is not recommended to ride because of the irregular transfer, in the heat it is torture to return on foot

Well organised and lovely decorated (NEW) place. Due to new setups (TV, Electrical Appliances, etc), on occasion you could encounter with surprises. Hotel staff would deal with the trouble proactively, you can be sure about that 👏 Strongly recommended 👍

Cheap budget hotel. Friendly staff. Great pool. I stayed for 16 nights my room was cleaned 15 times. Air-conditioning is €3 extra a night. Music is loud by the pool, but that happens in most Turkish hotels. Didn't eat here, but the Turkish breakfast looked nice. All over a good holiday , staff cant do enough for you ...i think its more 4* than 5* there needs to be small tweaks ,( need cups n spoons shower small and room but very very clean in rooms and n food allways lovely entertainment staff by pool great live night time music needs updating very old fashioned Thsnk you Sinan and Iram your kindness and help There lovely beach and a adult pool

Beautiful hotel! It was my first all inclusive trip and it was great. So relaxing but plenty of activities. I used the gym a couple of times which was nice and quiet. All of the staff were really helpful and kind including the animation team who were smiley and friendly every day providing fun games and activities. Would definitely recommend for couples and families!

Very clean hotel lots of staff tidying pool area up ect and restaurant Food was excellent breakfast lunch & dinner The pool bar was open 24-hrs a day if your man enough lol we only stayed up until 2:30am lol Food always available The shop onsite is actually cheaper than the markets very reasonable price A special shout out to zaman & cemile nur kılıç in the main reception bar who made every visit...
