Upon arriving at the hotel we was very happy with the look of the hotel. We arrived around 11pm, entering reception we was told they did not have a booking for us and told us to pay €200 for the night and we can resolve the issue in the morning due to it being late. We're leaving happily as usual. It's a bit crowded, especially on weekends, because it's winter. You might have to wait in line at the lobby bar. Other than that, there were no problems. Everything was great.

This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious. The rooms need renovation.

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip.com. The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness.

The staff attitude is poor, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained.

The stay at the hotel was great. The room was decent, the terrace very small, but I saw that other rooms and parts of the hotel had larger terraces. The food was varied and good, especially the desserts. The staff was hardworking. However, the staff spoke very little English. 90% of the guests were German, so they spoke better German. We had a nice week, the rooms are nice, the food was always ok, there was always space, no waiting times for food! The beach is easy to reach! Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day. We had a very good week in the Mary Palace Resort. The food was fantastic, the personnel was very kind. An excellent hotel, good food though the hot buffet food could be hotter, good facilities, well located etc. Only down side being the German influence. The staff all presume you are german and greet you so, even after being advised otherwise. We just joined in and spoke German, it was easier! A lovely stay all the same. The hotel was brilliant and the Hotel Manager Hakan was absolutely fantastic. We had a hiccup with the room on the first night and he made sure we had a wonderful holiday by checking in regularly, and even helping with the restaurant bookings to make our holiday so memorable.

We were very happy there. The hotel was nice and clean, the pool was good, room service nice, good meal, nice sea. The slides were fun. They had tennis… There were minor issues - they could change the towel used for the beach every second day. The wifi was very bad - did not work in the room but we solved it with Airalo. Overall very nice experience, we would come back.
