Super location to come on a holiday with the children. My girl of 6 was so happy to play with the other kids. Kidsanimation was super. Our oldest daughter who is normally very shy was every day occupied with the animation team playing volleyball, table tennis,… I advice this to everybody!

Rooms, location, personal just to recommend. Everyone speak German, very clean, good food. Beach is perfect for families with kids, pool also. The only minus can be that in the evening it is that after 9PM the music is very loud...but you can get used to it.

As I spent almost 12 days here, I am happy to share some more comments - Friendliness and customer oriented - 6/10 - Personel seems tired, annoyed or I dont know what. The best hotel in Turkey, we come to this hotel second time to celebrate New Year and it was great. This place is great but it has one main disadvantage. Barely three people can speak English and sometimes it is really hard to communicate.

Ive visited Nova park in may with family. It really suprised me because its a really good hotel. The room service/cleaning, the food(service) and the animation were really good. Especially Seyhmus. Overal the place of the hotel is also very nice. You can choose to go to the pool or beach. Even if you dont want to walk 200 meters they bring you with a golf cart! The park is also apropiate for children...

One of the best resort i have ever visit. In my travel history of 15 years this hotel is in TOP 2. Food is excellente, personal is very frendly, rooms are very clean and new, beach is super. I recomend this hotel to everyone :)

Overall I would recomend. Why 4 star then? Room was not available for honeymoon until 3:30 PM and food is okay not the best, there is so little meat option, mostly Turkey meat. I would recommend if you are looking for a calm vocation and avarage food. I would not say that we starve to death but most meals are avarage. Still I would visit again.

Rooms are very tidy, staff is extremely friendly and the sevice is very good. Big buffet, plenty to eat. Nice and tidy pool, short walk to the beach and also a shuttle service if you don't want to walk. Drinks at pool, beach and lobby. You have to take the bus to the city center though, too far to walk. This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites. The local pharmacy is usually open on holidays. The excellent local hospital provides care we in the UK can only dream about at acceptable prices. Eg the 40 day review gets lost in the nhs...

Okay hotel.. The cleaning staff Will make sure that you dont sleep to late. The start making noise at 7 .. And you can hear everything. The food was okay. And the waiters are really Nice. You can keep your hotel Room for 5 ekstra hours for 40 euros.

We stayed here as a family for a week in February. The location of the hotel is perfect very close to supermarkets, bazaars, shopping centres and the beach. We stayed in the bedroom for 5 people and to be fair it was quite small for 5. Our air conditioning also wasn’t working. Rooms were cleaned daily and new towels were given daily. They gave us a room in the lobby. I couldn't sleep until the morning because of the noise of the table seat and chair pulling. Food is tasteless.

July 2025 average temperature was 38-42 degrees very hot! Bring Euros as all shops etc have prices in euros. No one at hotel or surrounding shop owners could convert pounds/liras to euros- we had to go to Mangavat market to exchange money. It does what it says, rooms are decent, although bit small, the hotel is very clean and kept to a good standard, the food is also variable so at least you get a bit of a choice, walking distance to the beach but for lazy people it does have a hotel shuttle bus, you can get drinks and food on the beach, it has its own area

Everything at this hotel is really good. The food is especially amazing. The entertainment is so brilliant. The aerobics and yoga were very relaxing and made the afternoons fun:) I was surprised that it was only one woman doing it all. She is very professional and gets along with everyone. We came here with some expectations from what we saw in previous reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. Hotel itself is in great location, with shops nearby. Ultra all inclusive service is fantastic, staff are friendly, great choice of drinks and food. Everywhere is clean as there is always lots of people to look after. We really enjoyed the hotel—it has a fantastic location, a great beach, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside is that the gym is poorly equipped. There aren’t kettlebells of different weights, and the music/sound system could be improved. It would be a minimal investment for the hotel, but sports enthusiasts would really appreciate it.

Great hotel, large and beautiful green area - olive, pomegranate, banana, lemon trees. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food. The beach is very suitable for small children - clean and shallow. Very pleased with the overall experience and will come back again.

Been here 19/26 april 2024. One of the best holidays j had so far. Lovely staff, clean rooms daily, clean towels daily, mini bar always filled.
