I loved this place. Was nice and close to the beach. Room was pleasant and clean. Comfortable bed. Absolutely amazing food ! We loved the buffet style meals. Value for money 100%. Highly recommend. And I will be visiting again

We've just left Palm d'Or, we had a lovely time. The hotel was in a very quiet location and only had about 12 guests staying. The hotel has just had a refurb. Everything is freshly painted and bathrooms refurbished. All new air conditioning. New beds with brand new sheets. The location was far from the sea, the food was always chicken and turkey, the desserts were nice, the cleaning was good, our rooms were cleaned, there was no animation at all but the price was normal, our check-in and check-out procedures were done quickly, it was a bit old, it would be good if it was renovated.

Location of property means alot of walking or taxis to get around, the property is clean and rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. For a 4 star property the food choice seemed poor overall, some dishes we're tasty but I found myself eating out sometimes. Not to sure chips as a breakfast choice is right I would rather they had a machine for toasting bread.

Quite a good place for rest. It's a pleasant peaceful place, about 300 meters to get to the sea. The food in restaurant is ook, but eating it 2 weeks in a row is boring and all the food becomes of the same taste. Staff is polite, the room was ok.

Went to Side for a holiday as a group of 17, 14 of us stayed here. We had lots of hassle booking via Love holiday, who we won't ever use again. Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to. Fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. The coffee could’ve been stronger, but everything else was top-notch.

Our room overlooked the pool and had a small balcony—perfect for morning coffee. It was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always provided.

The pool area was a highlight. Clean, plenty of loungers, and a bar serving cold drinks all day. We especially enjoyed the Turkish bath in the wellness center—it was so relaxing after a long day out.

The buffet had a great variety each night. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners—Greek night was our favorite. Staff in the dining area were always attentive and cheerful.

Had a chat with a waiter regarding the cost of lobster which is on the menu per 100mg but the final price quoted by him was way more than UK so won't be having that! The waiter spoke very good English and our beers were nice and cold, good service once they realised we were there.

I got a room in the main building, there are few more buildings, each on a different level of the hill. I liked small swimming pools of each level. We stayed here 2 years ago. The biggest highlight of this place is its beach - unfortunately we need to go there by bus. This is quite a distance to the old town. Free shuttle takes to the beach in the morning 3 times and back only around 5 pm, which is not very convenient. You have to spend there the whole day which leads to sunburn. Also you can't get to the hotel for lunch. There are 2 pools in the hotel...

Wonderful hotel. I was there already a sevarel times. You want to come back. It deels like family.
