Upon arrival I was a little surprised that no-one guided us to our room as usually the bell boy does but we found it ok so no worries. We've just left Palm d'Or, we had a lovely time. The hotel was in a very quiet location and only had about 12 guests staying. The hotel has just had a refurb. Location of property means alot of walking or taxis to get around, the property is clean and rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. Went to Side for a holiday as a group of 17, 14 of us stayed here. We had lots of hassle booking via Love holiday, who we won't ever use again. We stayed here 2 years ago. The biggest highlight of this place is its beach - unfortunately we need to go there by bus. This is quite a distance to the old town. Nearby is the happy bar with very loud music till 3-4 am!!! Service was mediocre. Rooms - it depends what you get. Food ok but nothing extraordinary. The pool area pretty small and crowded.

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. The hotel was mainly with german, polish and russian people, but we were the only albanian people there and never had any problem with it because the staff speaks fluent english too.

The hotel was astonishing more than I anticipated and the hospitality was breathtaking, the service was phenomenal they treated us like we're at home.And everyday we would be looking forward for the breakfast and dinner.And it tasted outrageously delicious I would be looking forward to be going again.And I do recommend the hotel.

It is a very nice small family hotel. You always feel welcome and you are seen as a person and not just as a paying guest. Food is always excellent and there is enough for everyone. Value for money is great, if you book a 3 star hotel you shouldn't compare the comfort with a 5 star hotel. Have been there every year since 2014 and have never been disappointed.

Family run hotel very friendly, very attentive. Enjoyed my stay here as owner welcomed us. Food was freshly made everyday vegetarian and Meat options with a variety of sides and salads. Having people that are friendly and welcoming made the holiday much more enjoyable. This hotel is suited for families, couples, friends and singles too.

Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to. Fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. The coffee could’ve been stronger, but everything else was top-notch.

Our room overlooked the pool and had a small balcony—perfect for morning coffee. It was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always provided.

The pool area was a highlight. Clean, plenty of loungers, and a bar serving cold drinks all day. We especially enjoyed the Turkish bath in the wellness center—it was so relaxing after a long day out.

The buffet had a great variety each night. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners—Greek night was our favorite. Staff in the dining area were always attentive and cheerful.

Very good location with views out to the sea. Had a chat with a waiter regarding the cost of lobster which is on the menu per 100mg but the final price quoted by him was way more than UK so won't be having that! The waiter spoke very good English and our beers were nice and cold, good service once they realised we were there.

Burnt food, nice rooms, but many kids around. Ask for upstairs room if sea view or downstairs for direct access to pool.

I really love this hotel, it’s the best. Everything is excellent, especially the SPA. I can not stress that enough… really unexpectedly good experience.
