It was overall great experience but location was bit isolated

It's a standard, basic hotel; service responses are a bit slow, but there are always replies eventually.

I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed. They left water in the room every day. The breakfasts were good, and they also made dishes to order. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach. You can get to the malls by bus, as there's a bus stop nearby. A huge thank you for giving us a discount on our stay when we had to extend it due to a flight cancellation.

We stayed here with my family for a couple of days and had such a wonderful experience that I want to highlight a few things for travelers considering this place.

First, I originally booked a different hotel in Downtown (Ravier) but due to a mistake by the agency, our reservation got switched to Lemon Tree. At first, I was extremely upset. But once we arrived, I realized this change was actually a blessing. After visiting Downtown, I can confidently say I am so glad we stayed here instead - the area is quieter, less crowded, close to Jumeirah Beach, and overall gave us a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The rooms are fresh and well-maintained. Customer service is absolutely top-notch every staff member is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the guests.

Special shout-out to the restaurant team! The food was excellent every single day. They go above and beyond even heating up our takeaway meals from outside restaurants. Everything felt customized and personalized to our needs, which made us feel like home.

Also, for anyone considering where to stay in Dubai - I personally found this location much better value compared to Downtown. Prices for everything nearby are more reasonable, the surroundings are calm, and Jumeirah Beach is just minutes away.

It’s a small hotel, right on a rather busy road, so, if you’re sensitive to noise, ask for a room that faces the opposite side. Service is 5 star, but the overall I would give the hotel 3,5, not 4. The bathroom smells at night. The breakfast is rather monotonous but if you use menu options - which are included and plenty - you can get a decent meal. The dinner is actually great, the restaurant downstairs, Shabestan, is one of the best oriental cousins I’ve tried (Iranian). The rooms are ok, beds aren’t super comfortable, sheets are clean and new, but the noise is definitely a big minus. However, the location is convenient for grocery shopping and getting great prepared food at Waitrose, the spirit store is there too (no alcohol at the hotel or restaurant), beach is a 15 minute walk, great ones are 25-30 minutes away. The closest shopping is the Mall of the Emirates, very nice place. I can’t say enough about the quality of service, they are really attentive and polite, try to answer all questions and meet your requests. The pool is small, but the beds and towels are very comfortable, the water is clean and refreshing. So overall - would recommend considering you bring your own ear plugs).

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the cleanliness to the service. The breakfast at the partner restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes to suit every taste.

A special thanks to the housekeeping team, Kaung Rajkumar and Mlaing, who kept my room spotless and always made sure everything was in perfect order. Their attention to detail was truly appreciated.

I would also like to thank Marwa and Samandar from the reception for their outstanding kindness and complete availability in assisting me with all my requests. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

A good hotel for a business trip. The location is convenient. The Equity metro station is a 25-minute walk through a beautiful, quiet neighborhood of villas. The nearest beach is also a 20-25-minute walk away. The beach overlooks the Burj Al Arab hotel and a small marina. The room is small, but has everything you need: a coffee maker, a hairdryer (weak, I brought my own), an iron, ironing board, toiletries, and a large safe. Housekeeping was good. The view from the room was from the end of the Burj Al Arab. The hotel also has a good restaurant, popular even with locals. The staff is friendly. They accept MIR and Union Pay cards. There is a large pharmacy nearby. There is also a good nail salon. I might go back next time.
