If I could give 0 stars, I would give them to this hotel. My experience was terrible. It was unclean; the room was filthy and had cockroaches. I paid almost 700 baht to book this room, but I wasted my money because the room was uninhabitable. The bed sheets were dirty and torn. I do not recommend staying here.

It was so disgusting we just checked in and this is how we found kettles in the room . When we called the guy who came we explained to him and arrogantly just said kaliwali have the new one and he even said it's us who cooked in the kettle 😲with those old stains so embarrassed . Not worth

The worst experience ever in all the hotels we've been in in Dubai the rooms are dirty with hair all around, washrooms bathtubs are too dirty and old, we spent four days but they cleaned our room only two times when we called them to clean they said that day no cleaning, their AC is too dusty when you switch it on you start sneezing, they are all money minded people they don't care about customers, when my man booked the hotel they didn't inform him about all the rules and regulations when I can they didn't allow me to enter that I ahave to pay extra I have never seen this hotel anywhere else in Dubai and we are always visiting Dubai

The staff is terrible if you ask for anything they will give you reason the night shift should be changed i waited more than one hour for towels

I’ve stayed at Bliss Hotel LLC in Salah Al Din about 7 to 9 times, and overall, my experience has been positive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides good service each time.

However, I did notice that WiFi in some rooms doesn’t work properly, which can be a bit frustrating, especially if you need internet access for work or video calls.

Also, the prices vary depending on the season, sometimes going up or down, so it’s best to check in advance.

Despite these small issues, it’s a peaceful and convenient place to stay, and I would recommend it for short or regular visits. Thank you to the team at Bliss Hotel!

This is a very quick Stay Hotel. Read between the lines. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel to stay at in Dubai.
