The room size and location are good, but it's a little old, and you can't dry clothes. The toilet shower room leaks a lot, but there are no other problems. Icon is at a great location near Mall of Emirates. Walking distance. Cabs are right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The staff are warm and always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay there!

The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets, making it extremely convenient. The nearest station is within walking distance. I went for walks and shopping late at night and felt safe. The hotel rooms are spacious, and above all, the staff are very friendly.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I wished I never had to leave the hotel. I stayed in a two-bedroom, living room, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining table! All good, there's a washing machine in the room, also with dry function, it's very useful for long visiting.

Is a nice place to be with friends and family

The hotel's location is near the subway station, but the area is primarily populated by people of Indian, Pakistani, and Black descent. I wouldn't recommend it for families or solo female travelers.

There's a subway station two minutes' walk away. The area is predominantly Black and Indian residents, and the moment you step into the room, you can smell curry.

Pretty good the curtains were stained, and 2 out of the 3 tvs didnt work, no dryer only a washer and the washer didnt work so i told staff and they came and gave me a new washing machine and it worked but spilled a bunch of water on the ground. Very spacious good beds and smell good, but unfortunately it did not come with a dryer only a washer for my clothes, i really like how spacious it is they even have hair dryers in the bathroom and they provided us with water, the hall is nice and quiet. This hotel was just okay. I arrived around 7 AM after a 6 AM flight, feeling incredibly sleepy, and they kept insisting check-in wasn't until 2 PM.
