The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets, making it extremely convenient. The nearest station is within walking distance. I went for walks and shopping late at night and felt safe. The hotel rooms are spacious, and above all, the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is self is great. The rooms we had were huge spacious and very comfortable. very clean and easily able to get in and out. The gym was well equipped and easy to access and use. This is more of an apartment than a hotel. Check-in was very slow! (Although we arrived at 18:00, the room was not prepared) About 40 minutes of waiting, when we asked for water, they offered to buy it!) If you're not here for the sea, then the hotel's location is perfect. Most importantly, the metro is nearby (just walk through the Mall). The Mall has a large Carrefour, and the hotel rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff are very responsive. We had an issue with the electronic lock in our room, and it was fixed immediately after we reported it. There's a small pool and four sun loungers...

Our room was upgraded to 1BR suite. Such a great stay! The 1BR was spacious, the kitchen was fully usable, and the washing machine made long stays so much easier. Felt like home away from home.

Dear travelers, the hotel is conveniently located close to the Mall and the metro. It's small but cozy. The housekeepers, sometimes, would forget to empty the trash. There's a heated pool. They take a 500 AED deposit upon check-in, which is refunded at check-out.

The rooms were not well taken care of, I had to be moved to another room with my family. The management needs to do better in this case. The wall sockets are in bad shape. Very bad.
