I had a very pleasant stay at Oaks Liwa Heights in JLT. The apartment was comfortable and the location is great. I would especially like to thank Tajul and Fiacre from the housekeeping team. We had a great time at Oaks Liwa Heights. Apartment was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary Appliances. The furnitures are older than they look pictures but it isn‘t a problem because they are kept clean. Service was great as well and a lot of options for Restaurants close to the Location. The hotel's location is excellent, but the hotel itself is old. The furniture is old but acceptable. The cleanliness level is good, but I hope they pay more attention, especially since the hotel is old and the furniture is wood, which is a good environment for insects.

Pros: good location (if you're relying on public transport) for the price (for this area), good in-room amenities (a full kitchen), and good cleaning. Cons: very meager breakfasts (for example, no cheese at all, no scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs only appeared once out of three mornings).

I traveled with two of my children 9 and 5 years old. The staff at Savoy Park were friendly and always ready to find solutions to any queries we had. While the room leaked a bit (through the window) during the storm of December 18th, the staff diligently intervened and dried the carpet in our room. The decor was a bit ugly, but when the room is just to sleep in, it doesn't matter. Comfortable bed, hot water, good water pressure, etc. essentials one would hope for. Oddly I wasn't able to turn off bright ceiling lights in the hallway... Maybe I'm dumb, but more likely it was a fire escape safety feature gone wrong that would've been better placed at floor level

We checked in late, close to midnight. We requested for luggage delivery service. After waiting for a long time, we decided to go down and collect the luggage ourself.
