Location is great, accessible for all public transport lovers connecting all areas of Dubai, adjacent to union metro. Rooms are good for bachelors & reasonable pricing. 3 people living in one room, shared bathrooms & kitchens for two to three rooms. Cleaning is average to good. Best thing about this place is accessibility to public transport & location.

Excellent aparthotel, but unfortunately has closed down. They offer just rental of units for a year.

The hotel is very clean, employees are very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has a nice swimming pool on the roof and also a good GYM. I tried ordering pizza from their dine in restaurant and it was perfect !! There is a bus station in-front of the hotel.

Not only is the price fair, the hotel was very nice, clean and very convenient with a quick 10d cab ride to the metro. I felt very comfortable, day and night, the restaurants in the local area were very nice, and there were at least 2 supermarkets next door. I will definitely stay again!

Everything was fine during my stay. The room was big and clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is right next to the metro, which made getting around super easy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Stood in this hotel for two months due to project work. The services provided by hotel management was good. Food, room service, internet etc was good. Best part hardly 30 steps away from Baniyas square metro station and you will find may restaurants street sides to grab something to eat, of-course tasty too. I had a very good experience at the U.A.E. Youth Hostel Association. The place is clean, well-organized, and peaceful. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall environment is safe and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient as well. A great option for short stays or quick visits. Highly recommended.

Since 8 years every time I stay in Dubai I am a guest in this Hostel. For me personally its my favoured 7☆ Hotel! Even booking a shared room for my long time stay (3 month) I was alone in the room. Suffering from severe Rheumatoid Polyarthritis stairs are a huge problem for me, after talking with administration they gave me a room in the back building, access without stairs next to the pool and garden...

Location-wise, it’s a great choice with a metro station nearby. The hotel offers budget-friendly rooms at reasonable prices. The rooms and amenities are adequately maintained. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. A pool is also available.
