The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very affordable, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. However, the experience was overshadowed by dishonest behavior from the staff, which made me feel uncomfortable and cautious during my stay.

Big hotel, clean, good location,  But  Check-in for more than one hour I was waiting the hotel system was down and not working🥲 📶 wifi.   Not good connection  The room just have one cup and I need another more. 3 time I call to desktop manager  Bath water is cold  At night, a lot of night clup around and noisy until 4AM

Recently stayed at the Dubai Palm hotel and it was alright. Rooms were average. The location was centralized and was walking distance to the MRT station. Budget friendly and has many restaurants as you step out for a quick bite.

To be fair. The price is very good and affordable. But the customer service was very bad and did not even meet the normal standard way for other hotels. You can get support from the reception especially the Pakistani guy . The cleaning is not coming to you unless you request it. There is nothing available in the room even one bottle of water for welcoming.
